Park Isle Club Apartments

I lived there for 3 of the 12 months of my lease. During which time the unit was broken into twice EVERYTHING I owned was stolen. Laptop, pistol, tv, gps, wetsuit, everything. The apartment manager Ignacio made me go all night with no front door before repairing at my expense TWICE. Park Isle Associates - the Brooklyn company that owns the property is owned by Mendel Drizen. Mendel Drizen received police reports showing I had to call police 5 times in the 3 months I was there. Mendel Drizen saw the police reports that I was stalked and assaulted on his property and he and his staff does not care. They also know I am disabled and lived alone. Unfortunately there are bad people in this world that make suing necessary. They should have just done the right thing and gave me a refund without being told to by the court. I feared for the safety of myself and my service dog. They refuse to refund my $750 deposit because I left after 3 months of this nightmare. Do NOT go near their property. There are safe places just a few blocks south. P.s. if being assaulted and having your apartment staff tell you they don't care isn't enough.....there is trash EVERYWHERE Ignacio lets the plumbing back up so human feces flow out behind the units, obviously diseased animals run wild, tenants do not watch their children, you will park a quarter mile from the units IF lucky, oh and I strongly suspect Ignacio's "maintenance boy" is the one who robbed me blind. YOU will NEVER get any sleep. There are police sirens all night long. If you move there and get robbed you will think SHE TRIED TO WARN US. Please be safe- go somewhere- anywhere else. I would LOVE a managers response to this post. Any denial will be met with public police reports. Uploading them now. I will upload a photo of the human ---- puddles behind the units if they deny any facts represented here I will show the truth.
