I have been living here for 4 years. Then1st 2 years were great, but the last 2 and presently, it feels as if management has changed. We have experience the following: in 2020, elevator getting stuck constantly now its been down for over 2 weeks. They started to paint the bldg. In Oct. Of 2019 and present day Dec. 2020 they still have not finished. The leaks coming from exterior structure and/or roofs is constant when it rains, our packages have been stolen several times, the fire alarms can go off in the wee hours of 2 or 3 A.M. for unknown reasons, too many times, the building is showing deferred Maintenance and lacks attn to detail in the cleaning department, the washer & dryers could use some TLC, yoi have to spend $2.50 for the clothes to dry, & they should be updated, the windows don't open, so the shades have to be drawn since the heat from the southern direct heat causes your a/c to work extra hard and keeps you from looking out at the view, , and the pool area has 4 lounge chairs for 42 units. It is obvious I out when my lease expires.

Great bay view but the place is old, dirty and looks like a dumpster.<br>To be in the kitchen is like to travel back in time to the 50s.
