I’ve lived here for a long time and people are constantly moving. If you’re looking for a nice place we’re people are chill. This is NOT it! The neighbors are really nosy and will take anything to the office. If they see a car parked for more than 48 hours in the visitors parking they will report it to the office and get it stickered or towed it’s ridiculous how people don’t mind their business. I think there’s better places to live here in doral.

I've lived here for years and it's not what it used to be. The new property manager is rude and ignorant. She lacks basic human communication skills, tact and compassion. The rent is not terrible which is why I am giving it 2 stars. Ever since the property management changed this place has gone down hill. So sad to see such a wonderful complex become dilapidated. A lot of their apartment have moisture issues and mold/mildew problems. Please beware. Again we've lived here for almost 10 years and watched not just the complex but the neighborhood crash. We've been mugged at our front door. We've had someone try to break in while we are home all in the last year.

We I first got to Miami I looked in different places in the Doral area with a realtor. I could care less which was going to be the place I was going to live because I was planning on moving in the following 6 months. Now I am about to leave and I can tell you that I compare all the other places with Palm Gardens. It has a very good secure and gated entrance, the people from the office will help you in any way they can, the surroundings are always clean and the parking is never an issue. I will rather not move but I have to because we have a 7 year all and the school that she will have to attend is Rolando Espinoza and no one has given us a good reference about it.

I purchased my apartment last July 2010. I'm very happy with the complex.

This comunity has the worst administration that I saw, last week I called to ask for help abotui send a letter to the habitant for mor colaboration in yhe cleaning building and the cleaning lady came to my apartament at 7 am to asked me why I casleed them. Now the administrator treatmented as a liar person didn't listen my version and was so grossery to me, it is fair pay the administration fee for this??? It is possible something like that in a normal and confortable community. I really scared about this things happen. Now I only wait for my lease finish and tell everyone that doesn't live in this place, it is dangerous and so expensive ...

I have 3 months living in Palm Gardens and the costumer service is horrible, I've never met people like the women who worked there, super bad attention. Also if you don't have and sticker from palm gardens you can't park in your parking lot at least you have a permition. If you don't have it you'll received a big warning sticker and your car can be town. I HATE THIS PLACE!!!

First allow me to start by saying that I previously lived in this community for about 2 years. The area seems beautiful since, yes property taxes are sky high and the city of Doral has recently fully cooperated themselves. Palm Gardens lacks in customer satisfaction in a numerous amount of ways. Starting with the office staff, they are not professional individuals; Lack of English and Decency. There is no security to watch the lot and you would figure it did with the amount of rent. The entire complex as well as the entire city is over populated with Venezuelans. I have found these people to be an arrogant, self center, rude, uneducated individuals. Seems like they have descended from a third world country to overtake a part of the US for themselves. The complex and City itself is another country itself. If you don t speak Spanish, find yourself moving to Broward County. The parking spaces are small. The parking spaces are facing the concrete sidewalks that where made ridiculously high. Meaning if you don t have a bumper sensor, consider you bumper of your car dented and/or scratched when parking along the sidewalks. Finally aside from the people and staff the parking lot is filled with kids running, yelling and playing ball by someones car. It's horrible to see how they don't either spend time with their family or go to the park that is located behinbd the Elementary School down the street. I have moved away from this complex and city altogether, I suggested you should too.

This is a very nice gated community, very safe and secure. Wish that there where a bit more control with the parking spaces or more parking spaces, but overall is a very nice place to leave and get away from the city crowd. The pool area is very relaxing, the gyms is pretty standar. Clean, nice landscaping... I like it!

I lived in Palm Garden close to 2 years and I had a terrible experience. To start off be very careful with the mosquitoes in the summer, you have to run to get anywhere you want to or the mosquitoes will kill you. The maintenance people are very rude, I left a trash bag outside my door for 1 minute while I put on some shorts to throw it out and the maintenance guy literally banged on my door and told me off because leaving trash outside would draw cockroaches, ants, rats and even snakes. When I tried to explain that I was going to change in order to take it to the dumpster he still screamed at me. I went to the office to file a complaint and the rude and fat lady there told me that i was wrong and would not do anything about it. That maintenance guy has been rude to me about 4 times and they dont to anything about it. The kids at Palm Garden are like gangs they go around in their bikes or skateboards in the middle of the street and when they see someone coming in their car they dont even get out of the way, they will play baseball and soccer in the middle of the street and hit cars on purpose. People can just walk in whenever they want without anyone saying anything to them. The one good thing these apartments have is that no matter how much noise you make in your apartment you cannot hear it in the other apartments. Lastly the prices they are charging to buy are ridiculous!!

I lived in palm gardens for a year and it turned out to be a nightmare. They suckered me in by telling me that the place was new and that they are upgrading and adding this and that. None of those things never happened. There is absolutely no land for them to build anything else. The only thing I've seen them upgrade was the camera at the gate. My wife's car was stolen from there along withseveral other tenants cars. The security gate is always broken due to people tailgating you in. I garantee you that's why they added the cameras. After so many complaints of car theft and burglary. Apartment complexes don't spend money for the heck of it. I'm still trying to get my deposit back. I was told several times by the manager that it will be there on a certain day and to come pick it up but its never there and they just say come back on this day. It just keep getting pushed back. She told me that it's up to the Corporate Office to send out deposits but then I asked for the corporate office number to call about my deposit they won't give it to me. I just get "sir just come back on this day and we'll have it for you." I HAVEN'T GOT IT YET. The kids run around all day between your cars and apartments cause they have no where to play. The one pool they have is always over crowded with kids. The so called fitness center has 6 pieces of equipment and three of them are always broke, the other three you'll never get to use because those are always occupied. Trying to get to 41st street during the school year is hell. It takes about 30-40 min to get to 41st street during the school year because traffic is all jammed up with people letting there kids out for school. Don't forget the mosquitos, oh my god they are horrible. There are sworms of them everywhere. The maintanence crew comes in your place when your not home. The cabinets dont have bottoms. Dog poop in front of your door is a major problem so watch your step. They have a problem with ants in the apartments and for some reason they just can't get rid of them. Although, I must say the area is nice, the apartments look nice and the landscaping is nice but don't let that fool you they need to improve on a whole lot of things for those prices. There are a lot of other places in the area that offers a lot more for the same price and they are in better locations like the Enclave, The Summit, Archstone, The Palms of Doral and so on.
