The entire parking lot is infested with mosquitos. You will get stung atleast five times getting in and out of your home. When I went to the office to ask if they were going to do anything about it they gave me the number to the Miami-Dade county pest control office and told me to call them and have them spray the neighborhood. I don't know but last time I checked that is the managements job. They are slow at getting things fixed. I put a work order in 3 months ago for the light in my microwave and no one has come in to replace it. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher are all very loud, and echo through the whole apartment. I run the dishwasher when I'm not home because it gives me a headache. As the other ad on this website says, there is absolutely no place for the kids to play. They are often dangerously running loose around the parking lots unsupervised at all hours with skateboards, motorbikes, and bicycles, the kids play baseball, soccer and throw rocks in the parking lot with no concern for cars, and yes the cabinets are missing the bottoms. The location happens to be at the end of the only entry way to get to Doral Blvd and there is a school that backs traffic up all the way to the complex from August to June. So if you dont leave for work before 6:45 your going to be stuck in the school traffic until around 8:30. At that time 114th avenue turns into a parking lot.
The girls in the front office are so lazy. They never answer the phone. Usually you have to go in pearson to get anything done. When you do go in if they are even open they have this rude way of talking down to you. I went to check about renewing my lease knowing that my neighbor was only paying 1200 a month, and that they were going to let him renew for 1200. I figured I could atleast renew for 1260, but was told that my rent would be going up to about 1300. When I asked why my neighbors rent was less she tried to tell me that his apartment was smaller. A complete lie, because he happens to work with me and I have been there to look at his apartment. IDENTICAL! When I told her that she told me "Well Mijito...Everything in life goes up, taxes and rent always go up, if your pay doesnt go up then you should move." I've never once been late on my rent, and never complained about anything. Do I deserve this kind of disrespect. Great customer service if you ask me. If you are looking to live in Doral, yes this is one of the lower costing areas, and yes it is newer. But you get what you pay for, and somehow they think that the location alone is reason for raising rent upon renewal. There are little amenities here. No Hot tub, No Tennis Courts, The gym only has six pieces of equipment, of those six the two stationary bikes are broken, and the swimming pool is always so packed with kids you can never get in to enjoy it. If you decide to have guest at the pool they will charge you a 75.00 fee to reserve it. There is no security, everyone tailgates into here, and the gate that they installed to keep people from tailgaiting in is always broken.

I've live in Palm Gardens for a year. There is absolutely no security. I had my car stolen recently. They have a gate but people tail gate you in. They tried to fixed the problem by adding automatic wooden barries that let up when you scan your card to get in. That didn't fix anything. Everyday when I leave and return for work the barrier is laying on the ground broken. The tenents are to lazy to walk there dogs in the designated areas, instead they let them poop in front of your door and around the complex where the kids play. The Dumpsters are always overfilled with trash all over the ground. Nothing against kids but there is absolutely nowhere for them to go and play so they are constantly running and playing between your cars and making all kinds of noise in front of your door. The apartment charge way to much for rent compared to the surrounding complexes. There gym have a total of 6 pieces of equipment that you can never get to use and the pool is always overcrowded with kids. The maintenance guys comes into your place while your not home. The neighbors are always noisy. It sound like there moving furniture all night long. None of the cabinets have any bottoms in them. They didn't tell me until after I moved in and then refused to fix it.The walk in gates are always broken. Someone is constantly prying them open. That lets you know that security there is very inadequate.
