Very positive experience overall. Nice community and well-managed. The fact that the fitness center is open 24/7 every day is always a plus. The improved security features (i.e. doors and garage requiring fob access and security guard/attendant during evening/night are appreciated). I'm also glad to see that the Luxer One system has advanced to a later stage. However, it would be nice to see individual lockers storing delivered items for each unit and code entry for such locker. Sometimes, items can be difficult to find in the package room. Also, we need to trust our fellow neighbors to ensure that they only take their own delivered items.

Beautiful apartments with amazing amenities close to downtown brickell but just away enough for some peace. The overall apartments here are great. Signing the lease online is super simple and quick. Communication from office could use a lot of work is all. Happy to be living here!

Management office - Lydia needs a customer service course on how to deal with people other neighbors has complained of the same behavior and attitude they are 2 personal in the office that appear to be professional

Efficient staff, beautiful building and amenities, central location. Can't go wrong! Luxury at its finest. The community is tight knit and everywhere you go you see a familiar face. Not planning on leaving any time soon.

Overall, this is a nice apartment building. Good area to be close to Downtown and Brickell. All the appliances are great. The parking garage is a little small but worth it due to paying for street parking and staying dry.

The management staff is friendly but be sure to check everything in the apartment before signing the lease. It's been three weeks and I'm still waiting for my washer/dryer to be fixed as well as my kitchen lighting. These are things that should of been ready before a tenant moves in. The building is nice for the most part, but beware of some "------" tenants that live here. Overall good building, just again, be sure to check EVERYTHING in the apartment before signing the lease.

The experience so far has been okay. The walls are thin and over the weekend one of our neighbors was playing loud music it felt like it was coming from inside the unit. The door paint is so cheap all the doors look grimey. But other than that the units are set up cute. I love the built out closets.

People is dirty. They allow their dogs to pee and poop all over the place. Every time I go out I find a mess in the hall or the elevator and even on the garage. I have seen people taking their dogs to the garage so they can do all their necesites. The other thing is that you can hear everything from the payments next door.
