I’ve really enjoyed living here. The amenities are awesome, parking is way more efficient this year, and the mail service has definitely improved. There have been a lot of great improvements overall, and it’s nice to see the effort being put into making this a better place to live.

This has been without a doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. These people lie to you through every word that comes out of there mouth. Any and all incentives they offer you are LIES. They will take action on things that require approval without your approval and they will raise your rent without notice or authorization. The parking is non existent but this is told to you before hand so that’s not a complaint. Everything else is horrible. The common areas are never clean, the management will tell you to your face that they’re doing you a favor on something that is literally there job. People smoke marijuana directly next to the fire alarms almost every night prompting a fire rescue response and evacuation of the building. People smoke marijuana in the common spaces on the outdoor deck all night long and no one cares. The 24/7 emergency lockout service doesn’t work. If you have any concerns and you want to take it up with management good luck getting a response. This on top of many things are all reasons why you should make your residence anywhere but here. Shame on you terrazul.

I signed as a guarantor on a lease and part of the terms of the lease were to receive a gift card of cosiderable value. This was supposed to be received in September; after numerous follow-ups via various communication channels it was promised for October. It still has not been received. The property appears to be a beautiful facility with wonderful amenitities. I just don't understand why the terms of the lease are not being honored and I'm frustrated by the amount of time and effort I've had to dedicate in pursuing something that was agreed upon as a term of the lease. It is difficult to get a hold of anyone at the leasing office. I either get a robot or someone who takes a message. This should be a non issue, just like I pay the rent on time every month, thereby upholding my end of the agreed upon terms; but has been a major headache which was completely unanticipated and is causing a considerable amount of frustration and time and attention which is not fair.

The location is great. But, management is unresponsive if there is a problem. The parking situation is absolutely horrific. We pay for a designated spot that is hardly available. Despite repeated requests for Terrazul to enforce its own parking rules, nothing happens. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. Having to look for a parking spot when you return home at night is not only stressful but terrifying as there is no where to park around the building. Walking in the dark area does not feel safe at all.
