I lived in Los hell hole for a year. If you like drug drama, live here the police is here two to three times a day.... roaches and other bugs are other issues, they don't spray maintenance, they don't have maintenance at all... the pool is run down, no chairs, they use to have a playground but they took that out because they don't invest into the property. Fights break out... .serious stuff, a child was killed over there, someone got stuck by a car because of a fight... when it rain it floods in area where children can play at... mold issues that they won't admit to or fix.. the list goes on and on, renters beware of this slumlord pit. oh and It's about six pit bull dogs that live on the property.

Ive been here for a year and this is the worst place i have ever lived at. the maintenance in slim to none and they speak no English at all. they let anyone move in. they have more drugs coming in and out of here then ive ever seen. so called security barely does their job because their boss doesnt pay them. also rats are everywhere. ive had several things that have needed to be fixed and have never been fixed. the lady in the front office does her best but in all seriousness she has to say no to some of these ppl she is letting move in.
