Have lived here over 2 years and couldn't be happier! Location is great and the staff is amazing. Any problems you have with your apartment get taken care of immediately and safely. The maintenance staff is great at always taking care of the facilities as if it was their own home. Jessika the property manager does a great job at handling all the tenants and does holiday and charity events throughout the year. Great place to live!

"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The pool area is lovely. I love the convenience of the elevator and parking space. . I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails."

This place is great. It isnt the Ritz but it isnt the slums either. Management is fine. I've never had an issue. Maintenance could be better.. but they get the job done... eventually. Its a great location. Near everything. Check them out!

The Most Disgusting place with Current Live infestations of Termites , Bird mites, and bedbugs !!! Do Not Move here ! It is a cuban refugee camp basically with the most foul people renting apartments knowing they are infestated , they dummy the apt up but you will see "sawdust " in the first month which is really feces of termites , other mites and bedbugs live on termites , 3 neighbors moved and I was Complaining since June when there was a Huge breakout of flying termites My CHILD and I came back to from 4th of July , The fixes and exterminators Do Not matter The bugs come from inside the building THIS NEEDS TO BE TENTED I am Speaking to Lawyers currently I had 2 flats also and was told the cuban mafia runs everything here and you are not cuban ! HAHA NO IM AMERICAN , UNEDUCATED LOWLIFE AND THIS DOES NOT FAIR WELL YOU WILL MAKE AMENDS 3 neighbors around me moved out and one apartment just had its 3rd tenants in less than 2 years THEY ARE INSIDIOUS EViL Human beings and that fool manager with a monkey face in a sleezy dress , cant even speak english correctly What A Joke these people are !! Its EXACTLY what everyone ELSE in this country makes FUN of MIAMI LOL renting daily to people knowing the entire building is pouring out bug feces , larvae , eggs and bugs !! This picture is what comes out of the walls DAILY ! NO Fog or pesticide guy can fix that This NEEDS TO BE A TENTED COMPLEX ! DISGUSTING! Even to walk in the apt at the end you feel something in your nose eyes mouth !!!!!!!

My only complaint is "The manager" she forbids us to have more than 2 ppl in an apart 1b 1b. But her apartment seems like a shelter always with 10 persons living with her without authorization. She says us than they are her relatives who came to visit, but seriously. What kind of visit stay at your home forever? If she can do it, i can too.

This place is the best value in the area. Your kids can go to the best public schools in Dade County (Pinecrest Elementary, Palmetto Middle and High School). The apartments are well maintained. I lived here just under two years and in that time, they replaced the doors, put new signs, put int a BBQ area by the pool, plus they are pet friendly. A short walk to the Metro Rail, Dadeland Mall, Dadeland station and many other places. The staff is amazing, from the time you sit with Jessica (property manager) to dealing with the Maintenance staff...they are all friendly and attentive to your needs. If you are looking for a rental community, I would highly recommend Waterside.

I would advise anyone against living here, especially if you have kids. We lived here for a few years and what other reviews say is true - it's being run into the ground. The manager is a mismanager, hostile to staff and residents, contradicting herself, never prepared. Residents call this "Waterslide Apartments" because it leaks like a sieve after a shoddy re roofing and the ground floor floods. The replaced all doors but they were an inch too short so you had to buy and install your own weather stripping. The only decent maintenance guy is about 65, lives there and works constantly - days, nights, weekends. There is no security at all. The management company allegedly pays the mgr bonuses for not spending, and it shows. See photos and decide for yourself. Blog with film and more photos coming soon. Beware. Lots of other nice places in area.

I just move out of here because they try raising the rent but the place is becoming a dump. We had cockaroaches in the kitchen even though we don't cook. You see them dead all over outside. They keep the pool very dirty and they add a barbecue but they put it on the grass where people let their dogs go to the toilet so it stinks to sit there. They got a leaky roof, old electricity wires, lots of trash piled up, they paint the walls with cheap flat paint and it always looks dirty. Great location, big apartments but expensive and really bad owners.
