I lived In this apartment for two years and it is a hot mess . disgusting . the staffs are horrible , rude . I had to file 3 police reports and I had to buy two cars in 1 year . this apartment destroyed me complete . they broke the windows of my car stole my personal information , someone else crash my car they say it was a hit and run and you ask the security guard he couldn't give you an answer . one day I was about to head for work and I saw my car on bricks they stole all four tires . this apartment is disgusting . please avoid it don't waist your time . you'll regret it in the future

Met with Najela to inquire about leasing and to view a unit. She was very pleasant and informative. We'd visited a couple other places prior to visiting Horizons North. I must say that she was the most professional of the two leasing agents we sat with prior.

We lived there for 2 years from 2015 until January 2017 and I hope never to go back. Once you enter the area of the leasing office it looks great, the paperwork process was nice but once we moved in IT WAS HORRIBLE. First, the staff, Najela is the only one consistent with professionalism and efficiency, the rest are not, in our two years as residents our refrigerator NEVER worked properly, water constantly sat on the top shelve and the manager didn't care, I understand that if the manager do not care there is little you can do as an office help, Najela always listened and showed interest in our concerns but we were not expecting her to go and fix the broken appliances, the maintenance staff was efficient and professional when the had the time to get to you but it appears that management wanted to save money on everything and at the end the residents were the ones suffering, we submitted 10 work orders for the refrigerator, was never fixed, twice water from the sink flooded our kitchen floor, 5 or six times the air conditioning stop working, roaches were all around the units and they had to enter our unit twice to spray inside, the laundry areas are joke, washers and dryers DID NOT work properly and every time you visit the office they will give you a dirty look specially ELICIA, I think that is her name. In terms of the property you can tell they work hard to keep it clean but the quality of residents is horrendous, people always leaving trash outside by the halls, our neighbors were from Jamaica and they were a nightmare, LOUD and drunk all the time, shouting by the balcony late at night and we had to call the police three times because the husband was beating up the wife, people are constantly fixing cars on the premisses and they leave trash and nails laying around by the parking area, three times I had to fixed my tires because of it, I have to say we never felt unsafe inside the complex but it was not a nice place to live because of the neighbors and inefficiency of the management, In general this place could be a winner, pics look good but once you move you will see the messy true about it, Mr Tim and the rest of the maintenance staff were polite and trying to be efficient but often they didn't have the tools to work with and in the leasing office kudos to NAJELA, the lady manager and ELICIA RUDE and never efficient. AVOID THIS PROPERTY.

Moved in with expectations that they would turn my sister and I down. I mean I actually wanted to cry but Najela made me feel as if I should not give up. She was very professional with he entire process and even skipped a lunch just to make sure we had paper work and everything situated with before move in. I greatly appreciate the Horizons North Staff for making this a home for me.

OMG!!! This place is gorgeous and Najela helped me tremendously!! I seen a model unit for a 2/2 and fell in love!! The clubhouse, pool and fitness center is beautiful and spotless. This is definitely a family friendly environment and the staff is so helpful. Najela was very knowledgeable and informed me of everything. I have seen 8 properties in the past two months and I really think this is the one for me! -Addie

I currently live here with my two roommates. The staff is super nice. Maintaince comes the next day. The area is pretty clean and it is quiet. The only issue we have is roaches.

Please don't stop just keep riding pass this place. This complex is just nauseating. The staircase does smell of urine. The maintenance sucks, they come in your apartment mostly when you're not home, leave notes claiming they fixed something and it's still broken. Oh yea they will find things to fine you on. I'm telling you run, skip, hop away from this place. In addition to all those problems they have roaches everywhere. And you can never find parking near your unit at night.

I ask my friend who live in Horizons North how is it there and he told me great things, so the next day i took the tour and i was truly amaze by the beautiful of the apartments.. I love the landscape of the place also.. I loved it so much i just have to start the leasing process... i just want to say that Najela is a true sweet heart. as a first time buyer of an apartment she walk me throughout all the step and documents i need to complete the move in.... if it was for my dear friend KEVIN who lives in Horizons North i would have never known how great this place is... I can't wait to move in...

I love Horizon North!! I just renewed my lease!! The staff are amazing and always greet you with a smile!! It's going on a year and I haven't had any problems with my place or neighbors. Prices is well within my price range!! Love the look and feel of the swimming pool!! Nice and quiet!

Maintenance crew superb! The office staff keeps me entertain and enlightens me. Lots of greenery!!!
