Moving in was easily and a breeze. The location is perfect with ease of access to everything without the traffic. It's close to the morningside park perfect for dogs. It's a good building and location to get away from the craziness of Miami

So far it has been mostly positive. A few things could be better like the cardio equipment in the gym is not great and the treadmill belts are not kept tight. A few other small issues but in general it's a nice place.
