So far everything has been positive I've had a great moving experience, from the staff to maintenence everyone is always in good spirits.. it's a pleasure to walk out the door and enjoy my new home

Although I do enjoy living in this Apartment Community, sometimes I heard loud music coming from Across the Street from the Businesses that are located there, I've had to call the Police and Miami-Dade Conde Enforcement in order to force those people to Tun-off their Music.

Since I moved, this place has been like my home. I would like to express my gratitude and say thanks to the present management group, because they are the BEST. Office people is all the time ready to serve properly.

My experience is good because I work to 10 minutes from this building.I like my 8th floor and my apartment with balcony and the end the hallway.I would like a security guard 7pm to 7am every dayOur neighborhood needs it!!!
