Office manager does not provide clear instruction. Maintenance takes months. Cleaning staff take days to clean. They only clean when there is an inspection. Horrible customer service. Unprofessional. Need to do better.

Apartamentos c?modos , amplios. Tranquilidad, limpieza, seguridad de parqueo y entrada al edificio. Excelente gesti?n administrativa y mantenimiento del inmueble. Manager y empleados respetuosos y serviciales.

The apartment building does have a laundry room inside the building, and a laundromat across the street, A grocery store across the street. It has parking for your car. There's a bus stop right in front of the apartment building. And the outside of the building has just been repainted. The manager is very nice!

Poinciana Grove is a clean and well maintained building. The residents are helpful and friendly. John, the manager is on premise and an absolute delight, who quickly arranges for any issues to be taken care of. The maintenance workers are also efficient and pleasant.

Es una comunidad muy tranquila, los residentes son personas educada y respetuosa. Seguro y muy buenos parques para los carros. El servicio Dr lavado de ropa ,est? trabajando bastante bien ahora. Solo falta un poco m?s fe mantenimiento de los pisos.

Bueno dire que el apartamento me lo entregaron incompleto, tuve que poner los escrines de las venranas la tela metalica de la puerta del valcon no existia la tuve que comprar y las dos cortinas tuve que comprarla yo, pregunte en la oficina y me dijeron que no tenian que ver con eso y tuve que ponerlas yo

I have met a lot friendly people and they have been very helpful to me. I have access to the buses so l go to my doctor's appointment. I am an elderly man with difficulty with walking so l need a lot of assistance sometimes.

Love the apartment. It's quiet and very secure.Grounds are well kept. Both inside and out. The office is available only through glass, and by appointment only. Covid precautions are followed strictly.
