I have lived at the property for a little over 5 years. I couldn't be happier. The manager is a very sweet girl and is always ready to help all the tenants out in anything they need, be in property related or personal issue. The maintenance teams is also great, although their reply time from the date things are reported isn't as prompt as it should be. The property is kept clean and all tenants in the building are friendly individuals. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a decent priced apartment in the Coconut Grove area.
