It has been beautiful. The location is good. Close to underline, makes it easy to go for a jog in morning/evening. Sunrise looks great from the apartment. Spacious apartments, little overpriced for a 1b1b. Package delivery is also efficient.

Easy going building, courtesy staff. Building is centrally located with many things in walking distance, including train line that goes to downtown Miami and the airport. Tenants are all friendly and easy going. Never had an issue.

Grove station is centrally located, family oriented community, quiet and respectful environment, responsive staff. great access to public transport, coconut grove and coral gables, nice views, residential neighborhood

This apartment is a great space with a very comfortable layout and plenty of room to live and relax. The location is awesome?close to everything and very convenient for daily needs, dining, and commuting. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-located, spacious apartment.

The building promotes get-togethers for residents on special dates, which is very welcoming. I would recommend it to everyone.

Complex does not value you as a tenant. Will tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door and will then charge you more than the current rate come renewal. Raised the amenity fee $33 when the amenities are well below average compared to everywhere in the area. Don’t expect much once you’re in.
