I’ve lived here for about 3 months and every time I have a problem and I see Deshanell is at the desk i know it will get sorted. She is very patient, very polite and overall very helpful. She’s madey transition here very comfortable.

I really hate to leave this review, and I will do my best to sound balanced as my overall experiences at this community have been mostly positive up until these last couple of months. The staff is extremely friendly, maintenance does a great job in maintaining public areas, the gym is amazing, the pool is wonderful and love the new coffee machine. However, these last couple of months have been a nightmare. When I initially moved to the building, I was taking over someone else’s lease, and it was on the fifth floor. About three months into my stay, I started noticing silverfish periodically. They would be perched on the walls, and it would happen only a couple of times a week, so I didn’t think much of it. I kept my space clean, and thought nothing of it as it only happened occasionally. Last October, I had the opportunity to move to a higher floor, so I took the offer. Since then, it has been a nightmare. At that point, I started to see them more and more often anymore recently, several times a day. They are everywhere. Even in my mugs and bowls that are in the cupboard. I asked the leasing desk to send a pest control, and they have been here three times over the past two months. The problem has only gotten worse. I can’t event sleep at night. These things are ruining my life and I am now hearing that other residents are having the issue as well. I don’t know what else to do so I’m leaving this review. The problem isn’t getting any better and this is not what an ideal living situation should be.

The building has incredible amenities and lovely staff, and my room has a lovely view of key biscayne. Julian made me feel right at home during the move in and was very hospitable the whole time props to him!

I moved into Core in October of 2021 and have had a great experience in the time that I've lived here. The lobby and amenities are super clean. The rooftop pool has incredible views of the Miami skyline and is the best place to watch the sunset. The Bozzuto team is extremely responsive to any questions and/or maintenance requests that I have. Miguel, the manager at Core, has always been very hands on and solution-oriented in addressing anything that may arise. He has done a great job managing the community. Last but not least, you can't beat the location! It is a 5 min walk from the Shops at Merrick Park, has easy access to US 1, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, 15 min drive to Brickell and downtown Miami, etc. I 100% recommend living at Core!

Service is second to none, especially servicing/maintaining whatever might be broken. The management is more caring for these things than at any other place I’ve ever rented, and I never have to wait long for things to get fixed. Very happy renter here!

The Core building has so much to offer it’s residents and the staff is always going above and beyond to make sure everyone’s needs are taken care of. Location was also important to us when choosing a place to live and we hit the jackpot. We also love how study/work friendly this place is. The gym is also gorgeous and we truly appreciate the cleaning/maintenance staff for always keeping the building beautiful. Core is the best!! We’re excited for Milams market to open downstairs too!
