Until ownership implements the necessary security measures, this building can not be recommended as a safe place to live. A shooting, acts of vandalism, and most recently a sexual assault all have occurred on the premises within the span of less than a year and still there is not 24/7 security and other necessary improvements. Management does it's best to downplay these incidents and keep up the luxury image of the property, but it is a tragedy waiting to happen. Meanwhile a flood of new residents from out of state have driven rent prices through the roof.

I wanted to write a review specifically for Cesar and Steve. They have been super helpful since we arrived- Anytime we needed something they have been efficient and fast! So really thank you very much!

Steven and Caesar are absolutely incredible/helpful/and responsive! They have helped me get settled into my apartment. The leasing/management office staff are also amazing! I am so grateful for all that they do!

Love love Love this place! We moved in here in July from Texas and can't said enough about how wonderful the staff is here at Gio Midtown. The maintenance staff is especially helpful and quick to respond to any issues. The amenities are great, my son especially love the basketball count! Highly recommend this apartment if you want a stress-free life!

Great building and community! The amenities are beautiful and well-kept, and the views speak for themselves. The neighbors are friendly which gives Gio great vibes. The staff is extremely helpful - Ludin, Cesar and Stephen (maintenance) are awesome and quick to answer service calls and always have solutions to any problems! Gabby and Yahya at the front desk are happy to help with anything and always go above and beyond. Love my home at gio!
