Management office was amazing. They made the entire move in process easy and went seamlessly. I used a move in company for my larger furniture and they allowed me to use the loading dock and service elevator a bit late so I could complete my move that day!

My experience at Yard8 these past seven months has not been the greatest. I have I've had 2 maintenance emergencies one of which I had to figure out on my own at 3 AM due to "no maintenance staff being available until 7 AM next day" and the second being my apartment, along with other, flooding, not hearing anything from the leasing office the day it happened (3 months ago) and receiving little to no information on next steps to this day.

Great building. Perfect location near design district and wynwood. The gym and pool area are great. Helpful staff. Make sure to ask about your neighbor. If they are loud, the walls are thin so you could hear them.

It's great! Great ameneties, nice professional staff, and overall great property. Have really been enjoying my experience so far and would definitely recommend living here to a friend! Plus the neighborhood area is great.

Overall comfortable and friendly living space. Staff has been helpful and courteous, and there are rarely any issues with elevators or amenities. I've lived in the building for 2 years and they have made efforts to better screen residents as well to make it a safe, professional, and inclusive living enviornment.
