My experience has been very pleasant, the staff is very attentive, we love the amenities and the area as well. My only concern is the parking lot, there's basically no control over other cars that piggytail, that's annoying and affect security.

The move in experience was outstanding. The leasing office especially Elisa was amazingly helpful throughout the whole process. The apartment is beautiful. The amenities are great. Everyone in the building are sooo nice.

Community is great, maintenance staff is not responsive. Residents are sloppy and do not look after their pets. Pool water is warm. Elevator are sometimes down for extended period of time ( over 3 months)

Building management are friendly and polite, and the amenities are good (gym, pool area, foyer workspaces etc). However, despite being a relatively new building, the construction quality is not great - finishings such as window seals against water leaks & draughts, robustness of doors and windows etc are poorly done.

Living in the building for over 6 months I have to say that management and staff is been great. No complains except, the access to the garage is flooded sometimes. Sim Over all the community is great no surprises yet.

Rent has been raised way too much for what the apartment really is and the amenities it offers. We started having a mold an humidity problem shortly after we moved in and it took a look time for the management office to actually address it for what it was and give us a solution. We lost some of our valuable belongings due to this. My experience hasn't been great.

This community has loss the value of its luxury. I moved in when it first opened and the upkeep and cleanliness was better. The garage lights are not working and now parking fees are being implemented. It would be beneficial to repair basic safety equipment in the parking garage before charging fees. The gym and pool are the best feature.

I live here for the last three years, I don't have complaints. The leasing office and the team is amazing. Every year they provide something new for residents, my only concern is reference to parking lot door and security.

Since change in management, the quality of lifestyle in the building went drastically down. Hallways smell terriblly and are not cleaned and vacuumed regularly any longer. The windows have not been washed in over a year and are filthy at this point. The A/C at the gym has not been working for over 6 months. Animal urination has become a norm within parking amenities and the horrific smell is always lingering in the air. Dog excriments are also common to find laying around. Screening of neighbors is lacking majorly as some of them are nasty, loud druggies with zero sense of neighbor etiquette. There are loud vibrations coming from some machenical issues that have been keeping us up for months. The building has become horrible in all aspects and we frankly do not enjoy living here any longer. We feel like in the past 6 months we spent more time speaking with administration staff of the building and addressing never ending issues then actually peacefully enjoying our stay here. In a rental community it is not our job to keep up with all these headaches, after all what do we pay for?

Great building and a great community. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well as feeling safe while living here. Love the amenities as well as the luxuries that come along with this apartment. Great place
