I absolutely love living here! The community is beautiful, and the amenities are top-notch especially the gym and pool. The staff and concierge are amazing, always friendly and quick to assist with any requests. I also really appreciate the central location, which makes getting around super convenient. Highly recommend this place!

Although, the new painting and decor being done around the building is ok, no one is fixing items that actually impact safety, security and health of residents. Doors from garage on most levels are rusted and don’t lock; tiles leading to pool still tripping hazard. Perimeter of building and elevators usually smell like dog pee.

Expensive tiny apartments and unsafe balconies. This staff here charges predatory/ excessive fees that should be investigated by the Attorney General. Team led by Zachary Brie posts legally invalid notices/ threats at your door regularly. They have been dishonest about amenity renovation timelines. Pool has been down for 5 months and probably won't be ready for another year. I would not recommend this new management, Cortland, at all. They definitely don't know how to put residents first, and are just using the Florida market to take advantage of residents.

Love the building and the Midtown neighborhood. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The recent updates done to the closets are phenomenal. Such a convenient location and so easy to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Everything you need is at your fingertips. The entire office staff is so easy and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend this building to all my friends.

Knowledge of product is always a selling point for me and this man has it all. He answered every single one of my questions detail. What an experience. Very well done and stylish place ir smelled great and it had tons of light that is important to me. Great place in midtown

Living at Cortland Miami is a dream come true. The location is unbeatable, the amenities are outstanding, and the apartments are luxurious. The exceptional service provided by the staff and management creates a sense of community and camaraderie among neighbors, making it a warm and welcoming place to call home. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an extraordinary living experience in Midtown Miami.

Management, location, amenities!! Everything is on point in this building. One of the few good ones left in Miami. You have restaurants, shopping and Trader Joe’s right next door!! Completely satisfied.

I really enjoy living at Cortland Midtown Miami. The location is fantastic, the gym is great and I love the pool area and the beautiful view, Mauricio has always gone above and beyone to assist us with any issues.

The office team is amazing and always ready to assist. The maintenance team is knowledgeable and completes request in a timely manner. I love the fact that the building is maintain very well, always clean. The amenities and the location are awesome!

BE AWARE UNSAFE RESIDENCES, THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING !!!! This building keep surprise and disappoint me, I'm absolutely shocked just last week we talked to the manager told her My wife and I not feeling safe since the Gate remains open she said "We try to take care if it but we have night patrol" GUESS WHAT? MY CAR GOT STOLEN TODAY!!! The answer for the management "There is nothing we can do about it unfortunately, we already reported to the police" I spoke to the Police Officer today that helped me try to locate my car and he said that This building is horrible and was reported 80-90 Car stolen over the pass 2 years, The police told them many times that there securities very weak but they don't do anything to solve it. Beyond the fact that they rise the price of the rental but where the money go if we can't even feel safe in our space. SHAME ON YOU, THE WAY THINGS RUNNING IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE!
