Move in occurred on a highly accelerated timescale which was much appreciated. The staff are very helpful via email and in person. By phone responsiveness needs improvement. Security is good, I feel safe in the building and believe the security features are adequate. I like the virtual key instead of physical key. Appliances and features of the apartment are high quality. Noise is respectable.

Overall, my experience is good. Wynwood is perfect, and it's super easy to walk to everything nearby, like restaurants and shops. I just wish there had been a balcony and a hot tub for extra comfort..

Experience overall is good. I would recommend this complex. Apartment is new, quite and has a lot of amenities. People in the leasing office are trying to assist with the issues that arise, most of the times. Location is great between midtown and Wynwood with many options for different tastes. In the drawbacks I would add the parking and how busy it is getting. I have been living here for a a year and a half. Lately it is getting quite busy. Gym, pool and common areas can be packed at times. Same with parking. Especially if you have an EV and you are planning to charge at home. There are EV chargers but you need to be lucky to find one spot without a parked car(not charging!). Also price for charging is more expensive than normal rates around town.

Overall mixed thoughts. Everything is very nice on surface level but still I think the building is overcharging for rent considering the quality. Examples: a front desk person 24/7 who barely looks up from their phone most of the time to acknowledge a person needs to or has entered the lobby, we pay for communal electricity but it feels like the AC in hallways/elevators is often out since it's so humid.

Generally good experience, staff is attentive to concerns and responds in a timely manor. Common spaces are nice and clean, landscaping well maintained. The units are modern and comfortable. I think the parking garage could be managed better. The door breaks regularly and causes a lot of issues with daily resident activates. Non-residents regularly have access as a result. Unfortunately residents litter in the parking garage and it is not picked up. I would suggests a weekly sweep because its getting pretty bad in some spots. Airbnb enforcement is non-existent. I think that some of the issues in the community are a result of people treating the building as a short-tern rental.

Small units with poor ventilation. Very noisy outside. What's craziest of all is that my water bill each month is $70? $70?! For one person. That's almost as much as my electric. How is that possible? Or to also top it off, paying for amenity electric when there is a homeless man sleeping by the pool and using the gym and amenities to charge his phone that the office knows about and doesn't do anything about.

Im quiet disappointed with the way the property is developing. 1- cleanliness- garage is horribly filthy. I was my car up to 2 times a week bc the amount of dust is insane. Hallways are not maintained at least on East tower.

The whole experience has been great, except for the elevator situation. The elevators have been broken for the past few days and making noise. Since my apartment is located next to the elevators, living normal life has been really hard cause the noise coming from the elevators is every 5 minutes.

The following issues are concerning. First, the absence of security or a concierge is worrying. The concierge is only on-site from 12 am to 9 pm. After his working hours, I have repeatedly noticed people who do not belong to our building walking in the common area on the 9th floor. Not only is there no security or concierge in the evenings, but there is also no video surveillance on the floors. All of this is causing concern, and my family does not feel safe. Secondly, the parking area is rarely cleaned, and the gates close very slowly, allowing unauthorized access and exit to the building. I have witnessed an unfamiliar vehicle entering the garage and waiting for a resident's car to exit with them.

First I will say after 2 weeks since move in I am loving my new apt at 29 WYN West. Not only is the location amazing to say the least, my oversized studio is comfortable, stylish, and fits all my needs. My 2 Goldens love it here too. The location is great because you can be in Wynwood, Edgewater, and Midtown within minutes of everything including great shopping, restaurants nightlife, and everything else you could possibly want. Wyndwood itself has so much to offer. The new amenities (pool, gym. and lounge are all beautiful) The staff is best part of living here because not only are they super friendly and helpful they do a great job of making sure it is well maintained here. The cleaning and maintenance staff I really appreciate because their efforts show daily. I recommend this building to anyone looking to move to Wynwood!
