I’ve lived at i5 Wynwood for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a great experience overall. I live with roommates, which I was a little nervous about at first, but it ended up being one of the best parts of living here. It really does feel like having built-in friends around all the time. We’ve got our own routines, but we also end up cooking together, hanging out in the common areas, or heading out to explore Wynwood on weekends. It makes the whole place feel more like a community than just an apartment. The building itself has been solid. My unit is modern, clean, and everything works the way it should. The shared spaces are also kept up pretty well, and it’s nice having places to study, work, or just chill when I need a change of scenery. The gym is convenient, and the location is honestly ideal—close to everything without feeling too hectic. The staff has also been friendly anytime I’ve needed something. I haven’t had any major maintenance issues, but the small things I did submit were taken care of without a hassle. Overall, I’d definitely recommend i5 Wynwood, especially if you’re someone who likes having roommates or wants a built-in social vibe. It’s been a great place to live and an easy 5 stars from me.

We just finished touring this beautiful apartment with Ernesto and were so impressed we had to leave a review right away! The apartment itself is fantastic—the natural light and the flow of the rooms really stood out, and the location is exactly what we wanted. However, what truly made the experience five-star was Ernesto's professionalism and knowledge. He was incredibly prepared, answered every single one of our questions, and made the entire process feel like a thoughtful, guided experience, not a rush job.
