Thanks to Gigi, I think I found my new home. As soon as I walked into this building, I felt comfortable and loved the ambience. I love how Gigi was able to take us around the building and answer all of our questions. I loved the pool and the gym, especially because I work out five times a week. Me and my husband loved it and our dog is going to love it too.

5 Stars ? A Wonderful Place to Call Home ?? I've been living in this rental community for 3 years, and it has truly been a fantastic experience. The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with any concerns or maintenance issues. The grounds are well-maintained, the landscaping is beautiful, and amenities like the gym/pool/clubhouse are clean and convenient. I especially appreciate how quiet and safe the neighborhood feels?it's perfect for families, professionals, or anyone looking for a peaceful place to live. My apartment is comfortable, with a spacious layout. I love coming home every day! I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a quality experience.

Whether it was signing the initial lease, requesting maintenance, or handling routine building communications, everything has been handled with professionalism and speed. Any time I had a question or needed something taken care of, I got clear answers and fast results—no red tape, no runaround. The building itself is well-maintained, and I can tell that the team takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Over the three years, I never had any major issues, and even the smaller things (like package handling, amenity upkeep, or lease renewals) have always been dealt with efficiently. Bottom line: living here has been stress-free, thanks in large part to a team that actually does their job well. I highly recommend Grove Station Tower. This is my second year in this building. The staff are AMAZING! From viewing to signing the lease, Xanxy and Gigi make sure everything is as smooth as possible. Claudia will make sure all your packages are received and guests welcome. If you have any questions, they are always available and helpful. Josie is a great property manager and makes sure her staff has everything they need to make the residents happy. The facility is very well maintained. If anything is not working, just put in an order on their app and repair will be done the next day. There is a good size pool, gym, entertainment room, and plenty of parking. Location is excellent. The metro, buses, Target, Sprouts, and Total Wine are just a block away!

Living at Grove Station Tower is like being on a vacation 365 days out of the year. The amenities are top notch, the area is quiet and the location is convenient for traveling downtown. Shopping is only a few steps away and the beach is a quick drive away. Staff is always very responsive and pleasant to engage with. So if you're looking for the perfect place, with the perfect location - look no further than Grove Station Tower. You will be happy you did!

Why doesn't the gym open until 7 a.m.? Many of us want to work out before we go to the office, but your limited hours are forcing me to join a gym across the street because I can't get into mine. That is a waste.

The management team in Grove Station Tower is AMAZING. They are so caring and attentive. My move-in was a breeze and I feel like I'm part of a genuine and caring community. I'm really happy with the service from the management team.
