I have nothing but positive things to say about Maizon Brickell - not only the building but the staff. The staff is resourceful, helpful and approachable. They are sweet and make you feel at home starting with the tour. I have lived here for a couple of months and am so happy I chose Maizon. It is always clean and I feel safe in and around the building. It is in a perfect location in Brickell - walking distance to anything necessary (grocery, pharmacy, urgent care) and to the restaurants and shops at Brickell City Center and Mary Brickell Village. I have no complaints about Maizon.

Don't get scammed by ZRS Management! Maizon Brickell won't be ready for tenants anytime soon. The property managers (Massiel Ventura & Carmen Solano) will give you a bogus move-in date just to get your money, promise multiple times (even in writing) that it's set in stone, then make excuse after excuse (week after week) why you can't sign your lease yet, but still swear the fake move-in date is a sure thing. The lies just keep on coming until it's too late. I can't believe we fell for it. They've been up to this scam for months (see the pic attached to this review for proof)! The ZRS regional manager (Dawn Price) told us they've pushed back the date many times, and they're still letting the scam go on! So, the whole company is totally in on it! Well, unfortunately, my fiancé and I believed their lies, gave a 30 day notice to our then-current landlord, and almost ended up without a place to live right before our wedding. We had to scramble to find a new home in just a few weeks. It was very stressful (and very expensive). I can't believe they're getting away with this. They're messing with people's livelihood! It's gotta be illegal... The saddest thing, is they never apologized (not even in the slightest) for the mess they put us in. They just pretended like nothing happened. The assistant manager (Massiel Ventura) lied to our faces over and over again, and just moved on with her life without any care whatsoever about what she did to ours. Absolutely disgusting. This is how ZRS Management operates. Don't let them scam you, too. You've been warned.
