Living here has not been good. First they lied to us by not disclosing the construction project when we moved in. We pay for a balcony we haven’t been able to use for 6 months and a pool, jacuzzi, rec center, and outdoor seating we haven’t been able to use in almost 4 months. Aside from no financial compensation, there are no updates or scheduled date for the construction to stop. The constant drilling 5 days a week is a wonderful bonus! You won’t be able to think, talk on the phone, sleep, hear your tv, or do anything without a constant ear piecing buzzing in the background. I can’t wait for the greedy landlord to raise my rent another $1000 when it’s time to renew! Glad they’re getting rich updating the building while the residents suffer. Don’t trust anything you hear from the developer or the management office. They will tell you what you want to hear so you will sign a lease. I wouldn’t recommend making the same mistake I did.

Construction for the last 3 months. No discount on rent due to the inconvenience. Pool is closed. Rec room is closed. Apt balcony is closed. Drilling from the construction is constant. The property managers did not disclose there would be construction until after we had signed and are unwilling to give us a discount on our rent because of it.

Horrible and unprofessional staff. Everything is always broken. Repairs take months; lose packages often or hold them for 24 hours. If you rent, they discriminate. If you call to ask about something they give you the run around and honestly, lie. They've actually been involved in dozens of lawsuits because of how poor they conduct themselves. They enter units whenever they want for months and months and month long repairs and just show up whenever. It's not a safe or comfortable place, especially for children. Our experience has honestly caused emotional trauma to my toddler. The management office is highly unprofessional and always threaten a lawsuit if you question and challenge anything. Please look somewhere else, I would hate to see someone suffer the way we have.

I'm LATE to WORK every day because of valet. I'm paying $120 in additional to rent/monthly on valet service. Self parking space is $200 upon your luck if there is one available. I feel bullied at my own home. Staffs and rude and unprofessional. Valet guy messed up my car but the owner took zero accountability for his employee or management. I filed a report as soon as I noticed the dent before I drove off. Weeks later, they sent me a letter accusing that I left the property prior to claiming the damage which was evidentially inaccurate! When I confronted them, they said that letter was a general acknowledgment. Apparently, they send this letter to everyone that ever file a claim, no investigation was taken place. They do not care about you/ or your car. BE CAREFUL! In addition, Miami Herald wrote an article about this place built with defective Chinese drywall causing disease and infections to residents. Now I know why I am frequently having allergies and congestion. More info :
