Overall is great, the only thing that was not pleasant is the fact that I cannot allow access to someone to my apt. I have a cat and sometimes if I’m traveling I need someone to come feed him, and in order for someone have access I have to pay a high price for a fob.

I’ve had a very positive experience living in this community. The staff has consistently been professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and communication from the office is clear and organized. The property is well kept, and I feel comfortable and respected as a resident.

This community boasts an exceptional team and spacious apartments that offer excellent value for their price. The location is prime and extremely convenient! Every main bank you meed is walking distance, publix and walgreens across the street, and plenty of great restaurants and bars walking distance!

This community is run by rude and dismissive management, with little to no regard for resident concerns. While the apartments themselves are OK, the grounds and maintenance of the exterior are subpar. Security is also an issue as there have been break-ins in the building.

It’s been great and i just moved in. The two in the leasing office have been extremely helpful. Everything has been very nice and quiet around here. You have done a great job compared to where u used to live huge upgrade so grateful!

Great experience so far. Very convenient transport facilities. Good and professional service for residents. Fast and immediate service delivery if there are any issues. Good maintenance as well. Definitely recommended.

The location is really the buying factor of the building. It is located in a perfect area to commute to work and school. The ammenities are also super nice. The cleaning could be better when receiving the apartment as appliances weren't as clean but overall good experience so far.

My experience with the staff has been completely amazing! I just would love to see the common areas kept cleaner and the furniture upgraded. Additionally, the hallways need a lot more TLC so that walking home into my apartment is a better experience.

Never recommending people to live here. If we had known that we were moving in to an apartment that wasn’t ready, we wouldn’t have signed our lease. Now we are locked into a lease and no one cares to solve our problem. We are seeking legal help to solve this problem, as we are paying for a service that soma is not providing and they refuse to take the charge off to solve our problem.
