I don't think in my 33 years of life living in Miami, have I ever seen so many bugs confined in one area. In addition to this I am currently dealing with several very serious physical health problems due to broken elevators during pregnancy and post pregnancy. For example, my c-section incision was not able to fuse together correctly due to the fact that I had to climb several flights of stairs with my newly born child and 40 lb 2 year old son, who needed carrying as well. In addition to this, it was a very disgusting living arrangement. No matter how clean my house was, there were always roaches. Little roaches, tiny roaches, medium sized roaches and the ever so popular large, jumbo and COLLOSAL!!! In fact on several occasions I had awakened to a roach on my body, the most traumatizing was the one crawling on my face in the middle of the night (collosal sized). Needless to say, I probably am suffering from post traumatic stress disorder. Condo conversions are a welcome situation and I am happy to leave Palmetto BUG Towers.!!!

The Apartment common areas are dirty, they leave the windows open and it rains in the halls, there is no flooring in the halls on most floors, they have a major roach problem, the elevators are 8 months past expiration certification, the lights are out in the stairwell most of the time and the management is the absolute WORST EVER. They deprive you of human living conditions and then threaten to evict you if your rent is ONE day past due or if you hang holiday decorations. Three weeks ago they came in my apartment "looking for a leak" and put a hole in the ceiling above my shower. It has yet to be fixed. We had water damage near the kitchen ceiling and their "solution" came a month later when the spray painted the spot. In any other city in America this would be deemed illegal, unsanitary, and unacceptable and the jerks running this place would be shut down. I will be sOOOO glad when our lease ends.

Between the elevators not working, to the recent toxic fume scare that was featured on the news.. these apartments are unlivable. The management is by far the worst problem: They complain more than their tennants, they do not resolve issues, and cause more problems than solve. Case in point, our shower has been leaking since we have rented in May, and is still not fixed to date! Steer clear of this "danger zone." If you can deal with paint chips all over your carpets, roaches as constant pets, and every day threat of being evicted, good luck to you!

THE WORST PLACE. FULL HOUSE OF COCKROACHES, GARBAGE, ELEVATOR NEVER WORKS. TENANTS AND PALS DRINK LIQUOR IN THE DOOR IN THE NIGHTS, A LOT OF NOISE. VULGAR, THEY BEAT AND STEAL INSIDE THE CARS
