I have only lived here for a few months, and these apartments claim to be brand new, opening in December 2024. From the very beginning, there have been constant issues. When we moved in, there were visible cracks and strange stains that appeared to be leaks, which to this day have still not been fixed. I also had mold growing in my apartment, reported it, and nothing was done. I continue to find mold to this day. Every maintenance request we submit through their app, and they require residents to download three different apps, gets marked as resolved without anyone ever entering our apartment. I strongly suggest having cameras inside and outside, because they will lie about their efforts. The floors scratch extremely easily for no clear reason. Within the first two to three weeks of moving in, we had no air conditioning during weather over 80 degrees, and we were not the only residents dealing with this. When an appliance broke, it took three weeks just to order a part. Management explained that they are not allowed to fix things themselves and must wait for a contracted company to come in. Management sends nonstop mass emails reminding residents of strict rules, yet when real problems arise, maintenance and the front office avoid addressing them. Instead, they host events as if that makes up for the lack of urgency and poor management. If only their efforts matched how nice they act toward residents. After we moved in, new rules and charges were added, limiting residents to one vehicle per bedroom and charging $50 for each additional car. We are not allowed to decorate outside our doors or balconies. I was charged $50 the first time I left my trash can outside past 9 am, with no warning at all. I had just moved in and had no idea. On top of everything, I have also had multiple packages stolen. I have heard many similar complaints from other residents, and I completely understand why people are breaking their leases. I would not be surprised if this complex never reaches full occupancy. I will be leaving once my lease ends. I hope nothing else happens until then, but it would not surprise me if another issue arises. The only thing I genuinely like here is the clubhouse, and it truly breaks my heart that my first apartment experience has been this frustrating. If someone recommends this place, it is likely because of the refer a friend $300 cash prize. I feel obligated to warn others before the new year. Do not move here.
