Christina is a great community manager. 2 pools and 2 gyms are very convenient Plenty of parking available. Gated but only works half of the year it seems Extremely buggy Maintenance staff is quick and helpful

My experience at Casa Vera has been amazing. The community is so friendly, warm and welcoming that it really is our True Home. The property is immaculate. The property staff members and office managers are incredible. They are professional and attentive. The grounds are beautiful and my first year living here has been nothing short of Spectacular!

Excellent! The overall experience is very good. The Administration team always answer in a kind and accurately way. Maintenance team is ready and helpful. Gardeners keep the beauty and cleanliness of the landscape.

The most important thing that I have to say is that the Community Director, Cristina Rodriguez, is an amazing representative of Casa Vera, and under her administrative directions, this apartment complex is amazing, followed by every staff member from the office to the extremely great crew that performs all the maintenance here, makes this community a wonderful place to live and enjoy all the amenities that we enjoy. Plus, the times when Mrs. Cristina prepares an event for us to fully enjoy our time here.

I love it here. It's very family oriented yet quiet and very peaceful. It's safe and secure. The units are spacious with lots of amenities. It's a very beautiful property. The office staff is very helpful and friendly.

The community is great, rent is getting a bit too high. I like the pool, I wish the gym had more equipment or upgraded equipment. Also wish there was more enforcement on dog poop. It seems like whoever has bigger dogs, never pick up their dog's poop. Someone could step on it or even at times I have to restrain my dog from getting to close to it.

Maintenance crew is always friendly and efficient as well as everyone in the office. Common areas are always clean and well maintained. Apartments are nice and modern, parking always available. The entrance gates are often out of service, but will usually resolve in a few days.

Excellent. This is a great community. No complains. The staff is always available and their customer service it is outstanding. Also, the maintenance team it is very professional and their service quality is great.

Well foremost, when I moved here in 2017 it was a very clean, beautiful , very peaceful and always well kept lawn. No one can ask for better. But now I'm very disappointed on the extra charges for the velet trash charges and dog poop that not everyone picks after their pet. Something you need to consider.
