I've lived here since 2018. Former management was absolutely awful! They took years to complete projects, and the buildings were falling apart. Since Neighborhood Property Management, Inc. has taken over, they are improving things quickly. The roofs have been replaced, all the gaping holes are gone, and now they're painting. The property has been much improving and continues to look better each month. The neighborhood is great, and the apartments inside are beautiful. I'm glad the outsides are slowly catching up to the insides!

So I am trying to move in and i will keep up my posting so far stuff not so professional, not very helpful, and say trying because I have not moved in yet. The building is very, very old and needs lots of maintenance and improvements so far the walkway to apartment ceiling roof are totally, destroy, with humongous holes where water leaks. First week I will keep writing reviews weird how no one since 2013 has written anything here

The building is very quiet and staff is very friendly. Association has reacted quickly to my concerns. This is my third condo I rent and is probably the best location I lived in. Very central location, clean and is near my other family members.

DO NOT Move here. Worst mistake. I was told elevators would be fixed when I moved in. Lived there for 2 years with no elevators and still not working. Laundry rooms were out of order for 1 year. Once fixed machine would take money and dryers wouldn't even dry clothes. Owners are rude with horrible attitudes. Building has fines that have not been paid and a lot of things are not in County codes. Dont waist your time not money. People part of the association don't even know how to speak nor write proper Grammer. Inside apartment you can hear everything in your neighbors apartment. HORRIBLE! Rent highered by almost $300 monthly. Not worth the money. No elevators, laundry rooms are a dump and association is the worst!
