I loved living at 850 Miami. Great staff, nice facilities, good apartment. However My lease expired on 4/22/23. I gave written notice on February 17 that I was not renewing my lease due to family reasons. On April 20 I turned in my keys. The apartment was clean and in move-in condition, as you can see in the pictures. I have been waiting for a refund of my security deposit and the April rent I paid in advance. I called , emailed and wrote letters. No response By law, Florida landlords should refund the money within two weeks. It is now July 16 and I'm still waiting

If you are considering living in this apartment complex I would advise you to SERIOUSLY RECONSIDER. If you value peace, quietness, privacy, and responsive management - this building is not for you. The place is built with paper thin walls. You can hear your neighbors every step and sound. Airplanes fly directly overhead. Management does not thoroughly screen potential residents, it seems they just want to fill vacancies - resulting in subpar (to be polite) and seriously disrespectful neighbors. Also, the location is terrible. Living here has been a nightmare. Do your homework before you consider committing to this place.
