True the colors are terrible, but the apartments are well priced with very big square footage. The only thing missing is no washer or dryer hook ups in the apartment. The Laundry room is clean & well priced. Neighbors are friendly & quiet. Plenty of parking with lovely landscaping. Have heard of vandalism to cars from neighbors, but this has not been my experience. Winn Dixie, Kmart, Dry Cleaner, Fuddruckers and Dentist at walking distance. Very close to US1, but far enough to be away from traffic. Office staff very helpful. Lovely place to live.

Calm place with perfectly pretty tropical landscaping and pool, friendly and helpful managers, and efficient problem fixing and huge rooms/closets/balconies. The neighbors are friendly and contrary to some prior posts all races and religions are truly welcome and present. Many synagogues and churches of all affiliations in close proximity. Families with children and young professionals. People are polite and take care of their appearance. 15 min to Coral Gables campus of UM, 25 min to Miami Beach, 10 min to Coral Gables, 5 min to any of the four major malls in the area (Dadeland, Sunset, Falls and Merrick Park), 2 min to Publix … that’s why we are still renting 
[email protected]
Great place if you are white American and wealthy.........I am --------, went to check out the place in my lunch hour, I work as a mechanic so I wasnt exactly well dressed. The two old ladies treated me like ----, a few days later I called in and they told me that I did not qualify to rent from them because of my credit. I checked with credit bureau, they had not even checked it, plus they told me that could not be it since I have a beacon score of over 600.

I have been living here for 4 years and is a very pleasant community. The location and the people are great. Yes, the new paint colors are pretty horrible. Most are nice though, except a couple of them. Whenever I have a problem someone is there right away to fix it. Have only had a couple major issues that took a while to resolve but it finally did. I would recommend this place. Lots of families and students.

I agree with others. The location and price are great and the staff is excellent. Recent New paint on buildings but I have no idea who chose these colors because they are strange/ugly. But other than that no complaints...
