The location of this complex is amazing. I am close to downtown dadeland (i love to shop). i am close to many different grocery stores (i love to cook). very close to the highways and us1. my apartment is HUGE. the office was very helpful. and so far i havent had a need to call maintenance. i look forward to spending many many years here.

I honestly do not understand the bad reviews here. I have lived here seven month, I have NEVER seen a roach, rat, ant, NOTHING! If you apartment is infested maybe its you. I honestly love it here, I have never in my life met a more compassionate leasing office (my ex dumped me, and i was short on rent for two month while getting back on my feet, and they never penalized me ever. You dont find this compassion in Miami). Anytime Ive had a problem maintenance shows up instantly. Ignore the bad reviews, I swear you will be very happy here. I live in a renovated unit, and I love it here. I saw one reviewer say that the office picks favorites. Maybe its not that they pick favorites but they appreciate honesty. And they will bend over backwards for you as long as youre honest. This place is seriously a hidden gem in pinecrest. Low rent, clean apartments, clean laundry rooms, and clean pools. And the office is awesome.

This apartment complex is INFESTED with roaches and rats. Even after countless efforts, bug bombs, deep cleaning, caulking of holes and cracks, they keep coming. The landlord and his assistant, Krystal are extremely unprofessional. Phone calls and messages go unanswered and maintenance just doesn't happen. Apartment was supposed to be fully renovated and when we arrived the stove and surrounding kitchen walls were drenched in grease! Do no recommend at all. Been here for four months and I know two tenants that have broken their lease due to infestation.

I moved in here july of 2012, at first it was good, but as the months kept going it just got worse. Apparently the people here that said they would recommend it, maintaince actually liked them. They dont like me and my fiance. When it came to pets, they found out we had a dog cause of our roommate, we ended up having to give him away, but there are plenty of other people in the complex that have pets, and managment knows about it. They mess up on a lot of things and most importantly my LEASE!! The aparment i live in is so messed up, it's not even funny. We keep telling maintaince that we need a couple things fixed and they still dont do it, and it been months. Everything in this apartment is out of date. One thing is for sure, they love to screw us over. Location is great but i would suggest looking at different bulidings then this one. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX.

This complex has been the most understand and considerate that I have come across in my search for an Apartment. Not only are the units spacious and clean the staff is very friendly. There are 3 pools and they were all clean and in working conditions. There was plenty parking. So far I have no complaints.

I have been after managment for two years to do some minor repairs. One was just done but there are still three more to do. They fumigate the entrance, the dining room, the bar, the kitchen, and then outhe other door.

the place is full of nosy Peruvians that love to gossip. Manager will play favorites and has a weak backbone. Managment does a very poor job, to say the best of them. I use to make fun of my friend for living here, now that times are hard i find the tables have turned. No longer funny... Stay away from building "M". There's a family in M1, led by the grinch of the hood. I mean this guys is obnoxious. If it weren't enough, he looks straight out the amazon with a modern day cholo cut. His eyes are glazed like a real crack heads. his 9 yr old son hasn't grown since they moved in, kid looks 3. he still does not speak either. There's 2 girls that look alright considering you will be residing in lima central over here in Imperial. stay away or consider public housing!!

IT's a great place! some persons are unsatified at the end because of the maintenance but where can you find those prices to live closed to every thing? That's thrue they need to maintenance some comun areas but when you signed the contract you have averything clear in there, and in my opinion we can also change a bulb light if we are living there unless it's in a comun area. <br>i live there in unit G and a'm so happy as of today!

When I first came to Imperial At Kendall it was a great place to live. But as the years have past, it seems to be getting worse and worse.<br><br>My biggest complaint with this place is the maintenance. I swear no matter how many times you complain nothing gets done. To say that they are slow in getting things done would be a compliment. I once had to complain for about 2 weeks just to get a light blub changed. I give them credit for trying to keep the community clean despite the unsanitary habits of some of the tenants. I also find the office staff to be very friendly. <br><br>Typically this is not a place I would recommend for anyone to live. But, the location is great. It's close to a mall, a supermarket, a hospital and those people who don't drive have options with Metro Bus. Also, compared to other apartment within the same price range...this place is pretty big.<br><br>So, if you are looking for a place and you don't care about location, then this is not the place for you.
