So far so good. Have not lived there yet to make many comments, but the interaction I had so far has been good. Staff, spaces. The only concern is the problem in my unit and if it will be fixed or not.

Excellent! The staff is always on top of every detail, very helpful and colaborative. Social areas are beautiful, well kept and very welcoming. Gym is great. The neighborhood is quit and has everything within walking distance

It has been a great experience so far and the office and maintenance staff has been extremely attentive to every request I have put in. I love the community. The apartment is new and modern. Couldn't be happier.

It has been really great, the apartment has nice finishes, I like how big the kitchen is and also de the master bathroom. The building has super nice amenities. One of the best apartments where I have lived.

So far I have lived there 1 month and my experience has been superb. The leasing team, the front desk, the maintenance guys have all been very courteous and helpful. The interior of the building is kept very clean, kudos to janitorial.

Since day one I was happy in this community, especially because of the kindness of the staff and the building quality and amenities. I'm very happy there :)! I even referred it to a few friends that ended up moving there and are very happy with it as well.

New building, great amenities and generally very clean. Mixed demographic of residents, not too loud. Parking is convenient and staff are always helpful. Move in was smooth and they were able to hold the apartment for one month until I was ready to move in.

Altis Ludlam Trail apartments are a great choice! Our recent move-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was accommodating and friendly despite running into a couple move in fiascos along the way. Highly recommend!
