You may not get your refund back for security deposit and you may get kick out if you complain. There is not star to give. Should be 0! Looks like you pay cheap, end up with its much more expensive then any other place, this is horrible place, hope no one stay here!!!!!!

She is a theft, stole our deposit and the apartment was full of roaches.

Worst building and association to live under still battling after a month to get my security deposit back because I supposedly did not give a written notice that I was leaving which I have proof of and faxed over and still will not give my money back Shirley is a thief and a bad bad person I would def not recommend living here dirty not wel taken care of nobody is ever in leasing office for help when needed and Shirley comes in a out of your apartment with not notice what so ever

These apartments, although seem nice from the outside, are not maintained on the inside. The carpets are smelly and have not been renovated in a long time. The staff is less than eager to help you on any problems inside the units. The parking is insufficent, as you are only allowed one car with permit inside, while they're only five visitor parking spaces in total, that are located outside of the community. It makes it very inconvenient when visitors come over, as they don't feel safe leaving their cars on the outside of the gate. The pool water is murky and dirty, and does not get properly serviced, as you can not even see the bottom of the pool. As a tenant, I have been very unhappy with the service provided and have complained to the owners many times, and still nothing has been done. I do not recommend anyone staying here for a long period of time as the service is terrible.

UGLY, DIRTY, THE AREA OF THE POOL VERY DIRTY. IT'S NOISE OLD BUILDING RUDE OFFICE STAFF WORKER'S NOT FOLLOW UP. DOSEN'T PROMISE WHAT THEY TELL. NO VISITORS PARKING AVALIABLE, THEY GO INSIDE MY APARTMENTS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION .

i went by to check out an apartments, the person who met me was very shady about several questions i had about the unit, and to top it off i spoke with a tenant in the parking lot who said she wasnt happy there and couldnt wait to move. again i never lived there but that was my experience ..

Ant problem seems to be a common problem. Only good news about that is it seems to be a seasonal problem. Things I would add are: -Parking availability seems to be ok, except there are no cameras in the parking lot, so park at your own risk. -Traffic noise is tolerable, except for the motorcyclists who decides to show off at 3am on the --------- express way above the apartments -Stairs are DISGUSTING. It smells, it is moldy and dusty, and usually garbage is at every corner. -Elevator is a plus, except there's only one and it is SLOW. -Do not face the pool, since this is a vacation rental as well, there is ALOT of noise from the kids/adults who decide to throw parties at the little toilet bowl they call a pool. -The gym they call it, consists of five pieces of equipment. -Location is great, convenient. On major complaint, which seems to be the general consensus- -------- is the ONLY person managing the apartment. She manages other properties too so responsive rate is TERRIBLE.Good things is only a few things have needed their attention since i've lived here...and trust me it was pulling teeth. -I would recommend new tenets to read up on the legal rights of tenets and fiduciary duties of landlords so you are not bullied by -------.

I lived at Dadeland Vista for the last 2 years. In that time the property was painted last year and new carpets this year. For a new property that's great the way they up keep this property. The mall and Metro is only a block away so this location can't be beat.The managerment was more than fair with me when it came time to move, job transfer. the value in the rental price is so much better than other upper class properties i looked at before this one.I'm taking my time to let other know this is a great place to call home or stay...........
