For a first-timer in South Florida, Bay Club offers nice size apartments, great views and a good location - between both airports and easy access to expressways and major roads. It´s also across the street from shopping mall/restaurants/movies.

One major negative is that once the lease is signed with their professional and personable leasing staff, customer service from the management office is non-existent unless you are ready to rant and rave to get things done. The concierge/valet/maintenance service is good and timely unless the management office is involved or has to make a decision about what is to be done. The people living in the building tend to be rude and generally do not respond to "Hello" or "Good Morning"; do not look for a neighborhood/community atmosphere at the Bay Club.

We had a penthose reserved. When move in day arrived, the staff failed to complete the process and we had to contact the corporate office for relief. After all of the B/S we move to another property owned by the same company. We believe the leasing agent in charge of the property failed to provide quality service. We do not believe the current staff has the tents best interest at heart! Move somewhere else!
