Absolutely horrific. I don't know who runs this place but they need a major mental exam immediately. The staff is just beyond me. The two women behind the counter in the office... I have no words, so beyond unhelpful. If you go and for an explanation for anything, they are at a loss for words. The reservation system is rigged completely. They do not approve or reject the reservations until it is too late to make different ones for the day, or they simply approve it after the time slot has come and gone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND living here whatsoever. The security tries their best but are trying to follow rules given by management that change everyday. Depending upon the hour, the rules are different. It may look nice on the outside, but trust me, this is not worth your money. The staff out right lies straight to your face because they are unable to comprehend what you say.

The community is pretty, in a perfect area, and depending on owner of your condo, they are generally well-kept. HOWEVER, a huge issue with living here is management has hired workers to leaf-blow and do plant maintenance DAILY. Noise is an 8/10 from the hours of 8am-3pm EVERY single day. If you work from home, have a baby/small children who need sleep, or are a student I do NOT recommend this community. The maintenance workers also freely come onto porches to leaf blow even if you are ON YOUR PORCH. Wild stuff. Otherwise community would be great so it's a shame.

At first, I thought I found the nice place to live. But since moving in 2.5 years ago, I have become less and less satisfied with the service here. Approx. 1 week ago they diconnected all the security cards and garage door openers in order to "update" the system, what a mess that was. Unfortunately it was more like a down grade. Despite the gated garage and the 24 hour security guard that is supposed to survelience the grounds, my car got broken into. It was there from midnight to 6 am, and in that time somehow he never drove by my car and never saw a shattered window or the glass covering the ground. Ironically I was considering renewing my lease one more time, and was going to the office today. However, now I feel my time here has come to an end.

This place on the outside looks beautiful and that is what they spend all of there money on. Everything and I mean everything in the apartments suck. Everything will break, flood, and the carpet well lets just say not even a homeless person would want to sleep on this carpet. All staff is rued you do not get help. I have ran circles in the office from person to person just trying to get a storage unit from them nobody knew who I had to talk to. Just run don't ever give them your hard earned money. I pay for a 2/2 but have only had one bathroom for 1 and a half years maintenance can not fix it but they still want me to pay for a 2/2. I am moving out. I hate this place.

There is a very serious bug problem, half of the complex has been turned into a time share and the so-called "residents" treat it worse than a hotel they never intend to come back to! The management is the worst: incompetent, prejudiced if you aren't a Spanish speaking person, and always on the take for side money to get important things fixed or tended to (inspite of the fact that the rules expressly state otherwise-half the time the workers are busy doing remodeling privately for "residents" during work hours so real stuff doesn't get done!) and downright nasty if you need something - Like the pest control that NEVER comes (after staying home specifically on the days they are scheduled to be here) but they swear they came - evidently as a ghost that walks through solid material - but the management calls the complaining residents liars and disorderly while actually yelling and using obscenities themselves! The gatehouse turns people away b/c they are either too lazy to look up names or the management never corrects the computer! None of us in this building I've met can use the call system to get in! There is always crap on the floors in the hallways (yeah, real animal feces on occassion or grease and oil and food, water from pipes, water heaters, and ac units breaking - thank goodness they pay a hefty price to have maids walk around daily - which still isn't enough to keep up with the mess) AND THE WALLS - AND FLOORS - ARE RIDICULOUSLY THIN! Shame too, it looked so good initially (but what's good from far is far from good). Parking is fine ONLY if you are willing to pay extra for the garage! Funny how the management said anything they thought you wanted to hear until you actually got in and needed what was promised - what any condo would provide! UGH! Can't wait to get out!
