I had to move out before the lease was over. The management is horrible, there's dog ---- all over the place, no playgroung for kids, they just completed a cheap renovation, there's cacaroachees all over tthe place, mold in the closets, the bathroom celing collapsed on top of my head while I was there. It is extremely overpriced, the Israeli guy that manages the place (I believe his name is Steven) is very rude. I never got my deposit back, and I was taken to collection with a bill of $7000. He charged $600 for what he claimed was an uncleaned stove. This place should be demolished.

After their famous renovations and new gate, there is not a bit of a a difference. Elevators hardly work, they have no ac. security is a joke. Ppl still get in no problem. Roaches no matter how many traps you put or if you a clean person THEY COME FROM SOMEWHERE!!!! Too many downs for the price. You pay too much money so that at the end you are not safe security wise.

They should have never renovated these apartments, they should have been demolished. I kill roaches daily-despite pest control) and the management never fixed any of my complaints. There has been flooding twice, and there is black mold growing in my air conditioning (all they replaced was filter). No resolution and I pay for "luxury" Now Beach Place Luxury Rentals. Only 5 washer/dryer per building- one set per floor. Terrible!

The quality of my life immensely deteriorated after moving into Vistaview apartments. Nothing I was told would have been repaired in my apartment prior to my arrival had been fixed when I showed up on moving day in July 2007. It took me one whole year to get broken blinds replaced. On the third day of my new home, I was welcomed by backed up sewage in the parking lot and this continued during my stay there. Regarding maintenance, "stuff" backs up from your kitchen sink, and no matter how many times the maintenance staff fix it, it is a repeated occurence. One time it was so bad I was running back and forth from my kitchen sink to bathroom sink with cups of "stuff" so that my apartment would not flood... while I waited for maintenance to get there. The air conditioning unit froze several times though I do not put my air below 75 and flooded my closet destroying all my books and tax returns I had stored there. The refrigerator also had an ongoing leak. Vistaview has been taken over by new management, and I fell for the broken promises thinking things would get better, but they didnt. What a pity they couldnt warn me of the nightmare of heavy construction to come as the ENTIRE building was going to be remodeled. But don't let these changes to the exterior fool you! The upgrades are cheap and poorly done. Everything in this building is old, and I would call it a sick building. The sewage still backs up in the parking lot and so does the kitchen sink, just not as often. Management has had absolutely no consideration to tenants throughout the entire renovation of this building, and this says alot about how they will treat you once you become a tenant. Water has been shut off during the day. No notice given of construction in your building. On one occasion I was told that my sliding doors in the living room only were going to be replaced, and when I returned that day, I saw workers crawling all over my bedroom also replacing my window, and they moved my bed off the headboard essentially breaking it to make work space. The entire apartment was covered with dust, and it got down inside of my television. Of course, it was all left for me to clean. My rent was raised from $1025 to $1100 for a one bedroom apartment, though I lost access to pool and gym due to construction... pay more for less is Vista's apparent motto. Drilling and construction noise from heavy equipment is ongoing. They have been renovating this building for a year now and I suspect this will still continue for a while as tenants move out, and upgrades to older apartments need to be made. Walking distance to the beach is the only thing this place has to offer, but definitely not worth the misery this apartment building will bring you... what a can of worms! STAY AWAY!!

I have lived here for over a year. The construction has been completely mis-managed. Nothing has been done to city code. The workers leave construction materials all over the parking area and the grass. I have punctured my tire twice o nails left behind. Managements response is (they are not responsible). They recently ted to redo the balaconies(which is STILL happening) and I had an extensive wild plant collection, all of which were ruined and you guessed it "management is not responsible". There is homeless cat problem in the area, I have a dog and constantly i have be aware of the homeless cats the roam the building. My bathroom had a disgusting mold problem, which management never fixed. My dishwasher didnt work and it took management 3 months to fix. The units are a decent size and relatively close to the beach, but with management like this you would be advised to pay a little more and move right next door or move up the beach a bit. Live at your own risk....

This is the worst place to live in Sunny Isles. Dirty place all around. The interior of the building looks like a dungeon. The management is extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not keep the premises clean, there is no landscaping, and they do not address tenants' complaints. The apartments are in bad shape. I had a constant problem with leakage from the air conditioner unit and consequently many floods. The sewage system was old and would back up and flood into my apartment which was on the ground floor. Maintenance would only vacuum the water without any antiseptic... The apartments have old fixtures and appliances. Repairs are done randomly and inefficiently because maintenance crew is unexperienced and usually cause more problems than offer solutions. They even started an eviction lawsuit against me without merit. It was dismissed when I brought all my rent checks to the court... They did not even apologized for the distress they caused me. All I know is that people are flocking out of that place because they are raising the rent and not offering any service or the minimum level of comfort comparable to the price of rent... Save yourself a ton of grief...

The new management just bought the apartments. They have started all constructional renovation makeups. It is very hectic and noisy during the day. It is very common to see constructional works here and then. Although currents tenants are the only ones that are disturbed with these renovation; their rent may increase at the end. The parking lot is not safe. My car cover has been stolen in first two weeks (Honestly who will steal car covers?). Last but not least they don't recycle? Sad part is they don't even care

I just left the apartment. Although the management promised to pay my security back at the time of moving, they created some big bogus deductions(that I learned after 4 weeks later). The new manager is very rude and can't even follow his own words. I won't even consider this apartments in your list. They have insane fees If you break lease they charge 3 months rent. Pet deposit is $500 (Non-returnable) Parking sticker $10. (Although there is no guard at the gate who will check if you have sticker) Laundry Card $10 (Just no credit empty card)
