The area is good, but the condo is the worst ever. It have a lot of roaches and you cant get rid off them. Its just crazy. The parking lot gets full of water when rains, and Barbara the manager doesnt care about the community. You can call them or go to the office and she just say "oh this is not problem of the office"

Barbara is nice BUT roaches are horrible every where in the apartment from kitchen including food to your bed ! Impossible to get rid of them. Stay away from that place

Is the worst place that I lived.I had to move because in 4 years they never paint my apartment.I requested but they prefered to loose an old tenant than fixed it.The manager Barbara was very unprofessional,they dont give 24 hours notice to enter to the apartments.One day I was eating when a heard somebody knocking the door I opened and Barbara enter the apartment to show it to somebody after I told her that I going to move.People walk the dogs thru the hallway and leave escrement on the hallway.The parking lot gets flooded all the time that rain a least for an hour.People go to the parking lot to still.Somebody broke my car to still my stereo and some others cars.I was living in the apartment with a mold on the roof I went several times to the managers office and nothing was done.I had to move did not had another choice.

Country club south apts a great place to live friendly staff,pool & bbq area,apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms tiled floors & carpet in the bedroom & central ac some units have balconies facing the golf club others pool side great price for a rental community located 1/2 block from US1/s.dixie hwy & the local busway there is gas stations,supermarket,resturants and more all within walking distance if you are looking for friendly place this is it come join our friendly community here at country club south apts.
