The apartments are very nice on the inside but the hallway ceiling on my floor had a lot of mildew that they just kept painting over. The walls in the rooms was so thin that i could here my neighbors alarm clock go off. But I do love the security of the building.Maria the manger of the Association is very rude and disrespectful and if she don't like you she'll harass you and have inside neighborhood watch people watching you and make up lies about you. ..

My son almost got his face wired by a barb wire that was less than six feet off the ground,on a side street on this property. I made a trip from Broward County, Hollywood FL where I live, to this establishment. I spoke w/the Security Manager who was astounded by my visit and assured me the barb wire situation would be handled. One month later, the barb wire is still sticking out almost one foot from the fence and someone is prone to run into it if they are walking on that somewhat busy sidewalk. No websites lead me to info as to who the property managers or the owners are. The phone number listed (305.253.970l) has been out of service for a long, long time. The phone Number 305.238.9805 was left an extended voicemail message today, 03/22/2012. Hope someone will return my call.

Iam Very unhappy how tenet destroy their own place of living. I can hear my neighbor snoring all night that’s how thin the walls are and if I push on the wall in the living room it moves. I couldn't believe who ever build this condo did a horrible job and we shouldn't pay soo much of rent nor maintenance. I am dieing to move out of this place. Also, the backs of building three were I live they use it for a garbage dump. Glass and garbage everywhere the smell that is in the hall is nasty and embarrassing. I would never tell anyone to more in to this dump it turning into the ------.

I visited my new condominium in the the new buildings at Paradise Pointe and conducted some tests. From my bedroom, you can hear everything!!!!........My friend went next door and spoke and I heard him clearly. The ------- -------s who built this piece of ---- did not soundproof the damn walls. Well, I have contacted an attorney and am NOT closing until they fix this problem. Also, the condominiums are cheaply built.

I'm looking forward to the closing next week on my condo unit in the newer buildings of Paradise Pointe. The construction and pricing is superb. All the units are well built, nicely situated, roomy and so conveniently located to US1 and the turnpike. That was my main reason for buing there!! Price, Style and Location. Couldn't beat it! Although my unit has a washer/dryer combo, the facilities of the shared residence complex appear clean and well maintained along with the sparkling pool and grounds.

i have been living here for a while and it has gone from a nice place to live to living in the ------. there is drug and alcohol use, elevators way past expiration and faulty to boot, the staff is rude and un-caring, the so-called security guards don't secure anything or make you feel secure and every other week the power goes out. not worth it.

First, I lived there when GANNON management was managing the property. I was awesome to live there. it was always clean, and maintenance responded immediately. Now thers an empty huge lot in front of the buildings. they are turning this into condos.. meaning the residents and new condo owners are going to share common areas (i,e the pools laundry etc.) office staff is SO dry when you walk in there. The girl who sits in the front (who looks like the hunchback of notre dame) is the rudest! This industry used to be so customer oriented. What happened???? it sucks that when you pay rent, as cheap as it may be, your still PAYING rent! I expect a certain amount of courtesy and a plesant office staff. Without us, they would have NO bread on that table! So lets get it together people.
