I just moved in and I need repairs done, but the office always tells me they don't have anyone to send out. This place is aweful.

I have called the office for over four weeks at least every three days and they never come to fix appliances. I now have a list of over ten things that need repair and it grows as each week of no service goes by!

I even went to the office today to get my air condititoning fixed, this is the fifth time I asked them to come fix it and the lady in the office told me someone would be here today. Sure enough it is now past nine o clock at night, and I doubt anyone will come. This is Miami, Florida don't they realize how hot it is or they may just not care!

The price I have to pay to live here is large considering no one will come to do ANYTHING FOR REPAIR!

There is a large infestation of ants within my kitchen and I have had to resort to buying 3 different types of ant traps because NO ONE will come to do the regular monthly spray. They are suppossed to come into the apartment once a month and spray, its even within the contract and they stopped coming 8 months ago and no matter how many times I have called, and walked into the office and asked face to face no one ever comes for any kind of repair or service what so ever.

Also there are young loud and disruptive kids all over the place. At least twice a month a fire alarm is pulled and the sound that it makes is so loud I have to leave the apartment and stand on the patio, my ear drums throb and continue to ring for a long time even when they do turn the alarm off 30 minuets later. I have had to endure the alarm going off for 45 minuets straight in one instance.

My next door neighbor was robbed, and the security gate might as well be left open considering how often it is broken.

They assign spaces, but only one spot per apartment so you are out a luck if you have 2 cars. Forget about having visitors or parking your second car in a visitor spot. There arnt even any vistitor parking except up near the front office, this means if you live at the oppisite side of the complex than where the office is, it is a very long walk. A long walk with barely any street lights.
someone got stabbed right outside the apartment gates less than 6 months ago, and a lady that lived in the apartment across from mine actually woke up in the middle of a robbery in progress! Plus I had to call maintinance up to four times in a 2 week time splan before my garbage disposal was finally fixed.

I just finished a years lease with Coral Club. Customer service is non-existant! Even though office ours are posted the staff only opens when they feel like it. I was actually asked the day before the end of my lease if I could move out that day because the manager didn't want to come open the office that day. I had to hunt down the maintainence guy to turn in my key! My tub didn't drain, dishwasher didn't wash and disposal was non-functional...these items never were fixed after numberous complaints to the office. Also, tons of kids running around causing problems, security guard won't get out of the golf cart to partol...the gate NEVER WORKS! Also, the security guard babysits the residents at the pool on the weekends...no alcoholic beverages are allowed at the pool! I just signed a lease across the street and got a much better price for a better maintained community. Renter beware!

I decided to visit the community after office hours. I had the opportunity to speak with some Residents just to find out that many things are not good. Residents complained about parking, theft and the poor customer service the management in the office has to offer.
