Management is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Property manager Rodolfo is rude and typically inattentive. He is very unsuited for the job and does not respect the tenants. He is only concerned about getting new leases and once you've signed your contract you may as well forget about being treated fairly... even if you pay your rent on time. Emails are ignored and concerns are not attended to in a timely fashion. I witnessed the property manager Rodolfo unfairly berate a tenant who asked that a cost be explained to them. Management imposed a fee on the tenant that was supposedly in their lease but I checked my own lease and there was no such fee... Noise is a very serious problem. The warehouse next door has pressure cleanings every month or so at 4:00 AM with a constant beeping forklift. Also there is a problem of some unknown culprits that like to pull the fire alarms every few months. Just so you know, the fire alarm will go off, around midnight and stay on for about half an hour until the fire department can come by to turn off the alarm. Considering the environment it seems ridiculous and unfair that rent increases so dramatically year after year... it's NOT worth it. There are better places to live.

Terrible!!!!!!!!!! I cannot stress this enough. I have been a resident for 2 years. I am now leaving because the management is terrible. They do not respond to emails, they are disrespectful, and I agree with the last comment- they steal your money. They refuse to explain hidden fees and they talk down to their tenants. The apartments are fine however the construction noise at 5:00am is the worst: especially if you work the day of. Additionally, my phone was stolen on the property and one of my neighbors car was broken into. I strongly do not recommend this apartment - try another. It may be inexpensive but for good reason, the manager is terrible and disrespectful and the quality of security at the apartment is poor.

The air conditioner had to be off most of the time we could stand it as it blew black as charcoal stuff in the filters that needed to be changed weekly. Not sure if it was stachybotris (sp) mold or what but constantly had ear and throat pain, sneezing, and congestion until we moved away! Beware that if this is the mold I think it may be, it can cause irreversible neurologic damage to oneself according to the health department. They will also NOT accept any packages at the office that have been delivered to your apt. and it doesnt fit in mailbox, fedex, or ups. You will have to go to the delivering facility and pick up your own packages!!!

Even from the start they wanted to steal our money! The apartment complex is very pretty but do not trust them, Maria does not know where she is standing !!! She refused to give us a copy of our lease agreement!! Horrible!!!!Biggest mistake!! go to kings colony ..so much better

This is a beautiful quiet and relaxing property. The maintenance person is wonderful. He fixes anything in the apartment the same day. I really enjoy this property. My kids really like the fact that they can run around and play. It's near the highway so quite accessible.
