Good location if you like the beach. Just be careful who you rent from. Our landlord was impossible to get in touch with- we were without AC for two weeks in the middle of summer... when he finally got in touch with us, he wanted us to fix it and take it out of the rent. They turn the water off at least once a month because of water leak repairs. The staff is courteous and mantainance is good!
