I have watched Gables Ponce grow from its beginnings and have kept an eye on it; hoping to be able to live here at some point. They say the third time is the charm, right? I arrived this spring--at the right time--and ultimately decided on a gorgeous studio in Phase II! Apart from the view--and the apartment and building amenities--I can rightfully say that it is the Gables Ponce staff that keeps this place clicking :-)! Everyone has been supremely helpful--and patient--with helping me choose the unit and ultimately moving in and beginning the settling-in process. I look forward to enjoying my time at Gables Ponce!

Living at Gables Ponce has incredible so far. Management has been wonderful and has addressed any minor concern we may have had. Move-in was easy and the building was very accommodating. The building itself, the apartment, and amenities are wonderful and we are very pleased to be living here.

Best Residence in Coral Gables,living here for a year now. The best are the social areas, too many to choose from. I will renew it one more time when this lease ends. Love it, Thanks to all Gables Ponce team.

It's only been a week since we moved in, so far I like the convenience this property offers by having nice amenities and great location near shops, restaurants, movie theater etc... Security is good however walls are very thin and you can hear neighbors pretty good especially if they they speak loud and play music...
