Everything is made more difficult than it needs to be. Guests have to pay to park, and for 3-hour increments, which is incredible. Not sure how that's even a thing, especially when residents are paying upwards of $2,000 a month to live here. Maintenance requests are ignored until they feel like it, and they won't tell you when or even if someone is coming to fix anything in your apartment. The printers, that they show off on the tour, have not worked in the 8 months I have lived here, and I doubt they have worked since they were set up. One of the two elevators in my building gets set to move-in mode at least once a week, with management forgetting to switch it back to normal. Every doorjamb fell off the doors in my apartment in at least a week, and the curtains were already torn but tucked into the bar to make it look like they weren't. For the money, there are so many better places to live. Every annoyance just adds up.

Beautiful property but horrible experience with management, especially with "The Manager" Diana. Very rude and unprofessional. Maintenance never follows up with any service requests, takes days/ weeks for something to be complete. A lot of turn over with the maintenance staff thus far. Very frustrating when you do not have a functioning washing machine for weeks! This was addressed with Corporate and very poor response from Greg and Allison. Basically a waste of time and not very helpful. They do not value or respect residents. Office staff is run by very young adults, with no training or experience. The garage gate is ALWAYS broken. Horrible visitor parking and police are always on property to give parking tickets. Major leaks through out property from hurricane (that was known months prior) and nothing was done about it. Make sure to ask what units had water damage from hurricane. Property has great potential, just ran very poorly by management.

Its great! I've loved living here. There are amazing amenities and it is wonderful to be able to enjoy these with my friends and family. It is a fun environment located in the heart of coral gables! They offer multiple different unit styles and options.

Staff very difficult to deal with. Amenities are broken and go long periods of time without fixing. Carpet in halls are old torn and stinky. Trash shoot has been broken for 6 mos and can be smelled through the floor. Sauna smells like sweat because it has not been cleaned since I moved in. Dry sauna is often broken. Printer in business office has not worked for 6 mos. Staff is unresponsive to issues and corporate does not respond. Save yourself a headache and rent somewhere else. I was very impressed by the way the property looked when I visited and staff seemed so friendly but now I know why less attractive places are full with waitlist while they have a lot availability.

I love living in this community! They have been so helpful with my move in process and have been more than welcoming to me and my dog! Would definitely recommend to friends

I love the property! Apartments and closets are great size! Pool is very nice. Downfall is NO guest parking. I have expressed my concerns but no improvement with guest parking. They have meters outside, but only 30 min timeslots and Coral Gables police are always giving tickets. Staff is friendly and nice.

From the moment I walked in to inquire about this building, I felt at home. Josh was incredible and sold me immediately. He was a friendly and passionate person, and I understood why, all he had to do was point at something and I saw it was spectacular. They were eager to help with any questions or requests I had, and it was such a joy to move-in...everything was just so easy!

Gables Ponce is a great place to live.. I definitely feel like I get value for my money, the amenities are great and overall community is well kept. The game room, gym, and pool are a nice addition I use often.

I wouldn't live anywhere else! The apartment is perfect, the building is awesome and I love the pool area and gym ! I go to the University of Miami and Gables Ponce is so close is filled with University of Miami students.

Great location for U M students. Upper management is extremely ridged and uncooperative. Local management extremely professional and pleasant. Joshua and Armando are pleasant and accommodating Their supervisors do not have the same customer respect and cooperative attitude as they do. Upper management is offensive and extremely ridged. Treat tenant offensively when issues are created by their online system. Very insulting considering I pay $3,500 monthly for daughters college apartment. I would not allow any of my 300 + employees to treat my customers the way I was treated. Shame on you.
