Residents are disrespectful of common areas, leaving trash in hallways, in the elevator, and allowing their pets to urinate in the elevators and common area floors without cleaning it up. Leasing office staff do little to rectify trash and noise complaints from frequent offenders. Lots of students live here, and show a lack of respect towards the building. The amenities are nice, gym has lots of equipment, huge pool area with grills, and a nice social area with pool table and games. Units are overpriced, there's minimal guest parking which residents park there as well, and combined with the care of the building not worth it. Only positives are the amenities, location, and maintenance staff who are quick and responsive to orders.
