As a member of the i5 Wynwood Staff for over a year now, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working here and being in the Wynwood area. The property offers 24/7 amenities so there’s always something to do, along with a friendly staff, and great events, i5 Wynwood can’t be beat!

I’ve been working at i5 since the end of of January it’s been such a fun experience! This is a unique and beautiful property with an amazing new concept for people that are looking to network and be close to all the action Wynwood has to offer. My team is amazing and we love our amazing residents!

As the property manager for the building, I can say with certainty, I5 Wynwood is a beautiful building, state of the art, with great amenities, and amazing staff if I say so myself! It’s not only in a perfect area, downtown, there’s also so much within walking distance! Not to mention the great pricing!
