50 Biscayne Condo offers THE Best Value for THE BEST VIEWS East and uninterrupted from Downtown to Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach, the Cruise Ships, and City Holiday Celebrations like fireworks for New Years Eve and July 4th. It is conveniently located in front of the MetroMover, and boasts its front yard as Bayfront Park with great walks on pathways along the water to Bayside and Brickell and Brickell Key. I walk to everything ! (Nails, hair, Bank, Pharmacy, Whole Foods, Restaurants, etc) The gym is awesome and also boasts amazing views of the water and park from the cardio machines. They have a NEW GENERAL MANAGER in 2017 who is AMZING and making her mark quickly ! Staff is now excellent and so friendly, necessary repairs and upgrades being made, etc. The building's HOA finances are solid and their fees stable. They are arranging free exercise classes, parties, use of BBQ.... The pool is very nice and so is the Spa with Sauna and steam room. If you seek the vibrancy of living downtown with action and convenience and value, then look no further. The investment and enjoyment should be well rewarded.

I'm currently e tenant in a 2 bedroom, water front unit and I don't recommend this building to ANYBODY. When I first saw the apartment I fell in love with the stunning view and moving in felt like a dream. But this dream quickly became a nightmare. - The building is brand new (lees then 5 years old) and already has structural problems. The pool was closed for 6 months out of my 1 year lease because they had to redo the whole thing since it hadn't been built correctly from the start. Which is kinda freaky if you ask yourself - what about the rest of the building? Should I trust the structure of a real state that has its pool fully restored after only 5 years? - Things just won't work and they'll take a long time to fix it. Elevators will stop working and you can take up to 15 - 20 minutes to get downstair. The FOB system stopped working for 3 months and everyone had to call reception to be let into the building of up the elevator. - I lived above the 35th floor and still the noise was absurd. At night you can hear the concerts from the Bayside and constructions from all over Downtown as if it was in your living room. - Ironically if you have kids, like to play playstation/xbox games once in a while or buy furniture at IKea that needs to be assembled at home, this is probably not the best place for you. The president of the HOA with complain about any type of vibration (even if there is no noise but simply vibrations from people moving around). You'll have the pleasant surprise of security knocking at your door even if you try to assemble a little Target lamp at 3PM of a Saturday. - The HOA staff are some of the rudest and most incompetent people I've ever had to deal with. You feel like you're living there as a favor. Dealing with Lucy is a true nightmare. - The neighborhood: During the day it's pretty nice but if you walk on the back street at night it's creepy. Full of crackheads and prostates. I once intended to go to Walgreens and there was a really drunk street guys walking around with a gun on his hand - freaky! So yeah the view is amazing, but there are other building with the same exact view close by (Vizcayne, One Miami, Marina Blue, Met One) and without all these problems.

This is one of the best condos in this area. Pros: - if you get an unit facing the water, it's the most stunning view in Miami. Seriously. See the photo. - construction and fixtures are high quality - the staff is extremely friendly - 24x7 receiving office, for all your purchases from Amazon - accept for AT&T Uverse and Comcast (plus a cheap internet option provided by the condo) - overall very quiet - great privacy. Neighbors are friendly, and usually don't care about anyone Cons: - Parking may be a hassle if you have two cars (one has to stay at the valet) - The service elevator only goes to 10th floor, so move-in and out is a pain if you live on higher floors
