“PATH Metro Villas own by Affirmed Housing Managed by The John Stewart Company is Hell to Live. Because of Crazier Violent Neighbors! You can not rest in this building because sone neighbors are crazier and violent. Nobody enforces quiet peace resting times which are supposed to be 10 pm to 7 am. In the 4th floor there is the dog owner apartment 422 who disrespects the neighbors by taking her dog more than 20 times a day to go do ----. Oh course the neighbor in unit 424 is a crazy maniac who has all the times different woman’s staying overnight. This two individuals has violated the rental agreement and HUD rules and regulations. Both neighbors actions are reckless and they don’t stop hurting the rest of other neighbors that want to rest at night. You don’t want to live in this hell apartment complex.”

“I am very disappointed with how the on-site manager Margaret treats tenants like if they are employees or even worse like a mental institution. Since I move in it has been drama after drama when she threatened tenants. Is time for tenants of PATH Metro Villas 1 to tell their case manager to change the on-site manager. She is fake, rude, has no compassion, not friendly, lazy. Always claims is busy but doesn’t work. She only wants to receive a paycheck for not even lifting her finger. PATH needs to get a manager that wants to work and keep a good spirit with it is tenants not a woman who has favorite tenants and discriminate and threats others unfairly. I can here to get better healthy but I got worse because the woman Margaret is running this building worse than a mental institution. Tenants are scare of her because how she treats them. My neighbors get ignored when they ask to repair things in their units. To make it worse they charging close to the rental market price for their units but when a tenant request to fix something they ignore them and threatens them. Yes we pay part of the rent to live here with the help of HUD. There is not free rent at PATH Metro Villas 1 or PATH Metro Villas 2. By the way Margaret is not a PATH employee she is a vendor employee of the company name of John Stewart Management where they bill PATH monthly for lots of money each month of services and expenses.”
