“Le Baron has been home since the fall of 2018. Dave, the building manager immediately addresses any issues and is very proactive with preventive maintenance. He is always very nice, attentive to residents, and quickly solves any issues that may arise. He really prides himself on making sure the community is secure, clean and well maintained. The rules are definitely enforced which is great, Dave runs a tight ship. The residents are friendly, creating a nice close knit community. I would absolutely recommend Le Baron to anyone seeking a great apartment complex, excellent manager and safe environment. It's also a great neighborhood to walk. The apartment is close to a grocery store, restaurants, and a great hike to the Hollywood Reservoir. People are very friendly out walking. I feel fortunate to have called Le Baron home. - Dave Sorensen”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“I lived at Le Baron Apartments for about 3 years and it was a wonderful place to call home. I loved my back corner apartment that was quiet and faced beautiful bamboo trees. The Manager Dave is always very nice, attentive to all the residents and solves any issues that come up immediately. He really prides himself on making sure the community is secure, clean and well taken care of. The rules are definitely enforced there which is good as it eliminates all the craziness that happens at other complexes. Overall, I will miss my apartment at Le Baron and various of the nice residents who live there, creating a nice close knit community. I would absolutely recommend Le Baron to anyone seeking a great apartment complex, excellent manager and safe environment. It's also a great neighborhood to walk along Beachwood and go to the market, cafe, etc. You'll be missed Le Baron and Dave! Thank you for everything during my time there!”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“My fiancé and I lived at LeBaron for two years. It was the best apt I ever had in almost 20 years in LA. The building is always immaculate, never really had any maintenance issues, the building manager Dave is fantastic and on any issues that should ever arise. We were sad to go but if you're looking for comfort in a great neighborhood, these apartments are the best.”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“I lived here for a little over three years and it was great! Dave, the building manager is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We never had a problem that wasn't immediately addressed. The apartment is close to a grocery store and restaurants and a good hike to the Hollywood Reservoir. My husband and I really loved our time there and couldn't recommend it enough.”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“Almost two years at this gem of a spot. It took some searching but it was well worth it! Walking distance to restaurants, Hollywood bars, the Red Line Metro Station and a supermarket right around the corner. I think I had one issue with an old oven in the unit and it was replaced with a new one in days... The manager keeps the place in pristine conditions and solves any problems you might rarely run into quick. My girlfriend wants a house but, but... I dont want to move out the bachelor pad and its awesome location =(”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“I've been living at Le Baron for just over a year now, and it's easily the best apartment experience I've ever had. The building is extremely well maintained, and the neighborhood is awesome (about a half mile up Beachwood Canyon). Management is very organized and responsive, although I haven't had a great need to contact them since everything in our apartment is always functioning and working fine. I'd recommend this place to just about anyone.”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“My wife and I moved to Le Baron apartments in May of 2013 and lived there for 2 years. We are now moving because of work, but we absolutely loved our time here and Le Baron is a fantastic place to live. Dave is the best apartment manager you could ever hope for. He is always quick to respond to and fix problems in the units (if you should have them), and is always extremely professional in the way he alerts residents of maintenance happening in the building or if he needs to enter your unit. Also, there are NO BUGS. Our previous apartment in Texas was infested with roaches, so the fact that Le Baron was so bug-free was a huge blessing. The grounds and building are very well maintained and you can't beat the location. It's about a 10 minute (safe) walk to amazing restaurants in franklin village and the UCB comedy club. It's also nice to see the hollywood sign everyday as you leave and return to the apartment. Just up the street is an amazing breakfast spot, the Beachwood Cafe, and a little further you can find a trailhead for the hollywood reservoir hike. I would recommend Le Baron to anybody who is looking for a good, clean, safe, well-managed, bug-free, fairly-priced apartment with cool tenants and a great location. If that's not what you're looking for, you would hate it there :)”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“My husband and I moved in here in December 2010, which was over 3 years ago. The only reason we re moving out is because we re starting a family (twins!) and need more space. We live in a 1-bedroom - Apt #311. We are SO sad to leave this building. We loved every minute. The building is well taken care of. Dave is such an excellent manager by keeping everything clean and organized. We never complained about anything since we moved in and never needed to. Whoever moves in here is lucky, in my opinion, because it s one of the best buildings in the neighborhood and close to so many shops and restaurants. The apartment is HUGE and so comfortable. My particular unit has a separate bathtub and separate shower. The pool is heated in the summer and everyone in the building is so very nice and down to earth. One of the biggest pros is that this building feels so safe and it is so quiet! To live in a place where you can walk to so much entertainment yet sleep in peace is rare. Like I said, my husband and I are genuinely sad that we re moving out because of how much we loved living here.”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“I have been at Le Baron for 3 1/2 years and loved it! Just moving to another area because of my long commute... The apartments are very spacious and well kept up! David, the manager, maintains everything very nicely and the hallways and pool area are always clean. The neighbors are friendly and outgoing. My apartment on the second floor has a view to the Hollywood Sign and a large balcony. Never had any problems here with anything! There are great grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Gelson's, Beachwood Market) and restaurants close by. Beachwood Canyon is also a nice area for hiking in the hills (Hollyridge Trail is very close) and in Griffith Park. Just the parking on the street gets crowded after 5pm... as anywhere in LA, unfortunately.”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“Ben in the building or over 2 years and no complaint. Te hallways and ground stay extremely clean and we'll maintained .. Any issue of maintenance is handled immediately.. The only downfall would be parking in beachwood.. Your space Coe with parking. This is your ace only..you can't park on the street and let a visiting friend have our spot.. Parking is bad in beach, every where in LA really...so it would be nice to graba pot in the day and let our visiting friend take yours...especially when it's late and it's a day in hills...but, I guess by keeping things to the registered vehicle....it keeps people that don't live here out of the garage which isn't a bad thing...great pool, really lean, great access to hiking and the highway...great building..really safe. Wade #206”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“I lived in the building for over 10 year. The Manager David was fast to address any problems. It's in a great location, with excellent places to hike. The pool and BBQ outside are a bonus too.”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“I've lived at Le Baron for more than a decade and couldn't be happier. Beachwood is the best neighborhood in the city - lots of great things to do within walking distance and gorgeous hikes in the hills... The manager runs a tight ship - repairs are prompt, grounds are well kept, etc. And there's a heated pool so what more could you want?”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“I'm a long time renter at Le Baron and it has been a great experience. Great location; within walking distance of Franklin Village, Hollywood and Beachwood Village at the top of the hill. Great neighborhood, good (and safe) for walking and exercise and great views of the Hollywood sign. The building is very well maintained and all issues are dealt with immediately. Friendly and helpful manager. Most importantly, the building and grounds are kept very clean. Great amenities; assigned, secure parking, full kitchen, laundry and a large pool which is heated much of the year. Great value for what you get. Beachwood Canyon is an historic and well known area known to be a great neighborhood. Toni Moran”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“I have lived at Le Baron Apartments for 3 years. It is the happiest rental experience I've ever had in LA or NYC. There's a view of the famous Hollywood sign from every window in my apartment. I had new carpeting, fresh paint, and nice appliances when I moved in. The building is always immaculately cleaned, safe, secure, with quiet neighbors. The manager has always been nice and incredibly helpful. Beachwood Canyon is a beautiful neighborhood. I highly recommend Le Baron Apartments.”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“I HAVE LIVED FOR ABOUT 1 YEAR, ALL SEEMED GOOD UNTIL I SLIPPED AND FELL DOWN IN A PATCH OF OIL AND GREASE NEAR TO LAUNDRY ROOM, NOT FUN, ALSO LAUNDRY ROOM HAS A MOLD SMELL AND POOR HOT WATER, THIS BIULDING HAS TOO MANY CAMERAS THAT WATCH YOUR EVERY MOVE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY, POOR MANAGEMENT, THANK YOU”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“My roommate and I have been here for just about six months and couldn't be happier. This is my 4th apartment in LA and by far the best. The building management handles anything you need immediately, at any point in the day the entire building is as quiet as a mouse, and every person you meet couldn't be friendlier. Not only is this building affordable (we pay $1795 for a huge 2bed2bath), but it's secure, has great units, and a gigantic sun warmed swimming pool. Also, for a cool factor, you get a perfect view of the Hollywood sign from our driveway. Now the building itself aside, Beachwood Canyon really is one of the best kept secrets in LA. The top of the canyon has amazing hiking trails and views of the whole city. It's super quiet for being an LA neighborhood. And the best thing that nobody tells you is that during the summer, the Hollywood Bowl echoes through the canyon and you can listen to concerts just by opening your balcony door or windows!”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“LeBaron Apartments is a great option for those who want to be close to the action of Hollywood yet still live in a calm residential environment. The building is very well maintained and any issues or repairs that may crop up are dealt with quickly and efficiently. I had my entire bathroom redone at the manager's suggestion (at no cost to me) and the end result was a big plus in my enjoyment of the apartment. LeBaron features a number of amenities other buildings in the area don't offer: pool, gas grill, trash chute, laundry room, elevator, gated parking, etc. If you are interested in living in this neighborhood, you won't find a better apartment building. A. Williams, former tenant”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“I ve lived in the bulding for a year and I m so sad to go back to Europe. Let me tell you about my experience cause you don t want to miss that building! The location is amazing, with a nice view for a Hollywood sign. The neighborhood is very clean, safe and pretty quite(sometimes noisy) There is garage so your car is safe. The building manager is amazing, always there to help you no matter what, he always tries to fix everything by himself first without calling people who would charge you a lot for it. He fixed my sink many times:) The only problem is that the building is old and walls are very thin (I m used to something different in Europe) It s kind of expensive but you won t regret it cause you will have an amazing experience there, like I did! Justyna from 309#”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“I have lived in the building for 2 years and truly enjoy the place and the building manager is amazing!!The building is quiet, clean, friendly and well maintained. I definitely recommend LeBaron apt and the Beachwood area. Josee”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“I lived in this building for a year and it was a great experience. The building was well maintained and the building manager was always very helpful.”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“I've been living in Le Baron for 7 weeks and after an extensive apartment hunt I'm very happy to say this place is fantastic. It's super clean, safe and very quiet for this neighbourhood too. The building manager is incredibly helpful, always available and gets things done promptly. I'd have to say he's the best building manager I've experienced, and Le Baron is the 7th apartment I've lived in.”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“I have lived on Beachwood for many years, and have very much enjoyed living at Le Baron for over a year. If there is a problem, management deals with it quickly. Common areas are always clean. When I moved in there was new carpet, paint and lighting fixtures. The apartment is very spacious with great closet space. Close walk to restaurants in the area. Definitely would recommend living here.”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“I moved into LeBaron Apartments because I enjoyed the neighborhood, as well as the building ambiance. After all of my years here, I am still happy with both. I have never experienced problems with either the building or the management. I have always had any issue resolved in a professional and timely manner. The building itself is safe. For the most part, the rsidents are courteous, considerate, and friendly. You will find a "grump" or two anywhere you live. I have a very spacious 2 bedroom - 2 bath apartment which actually feels like a house. In addition, I have never experienced noise issues. In fact, it is usually so quiet it adds to my feeling of being in my own home. I am sure this is one reason I have stayed here so long! I have found the current manager very willing to perform maintenance and repair. The building is clean and well kept. Furthermore, I recently received new carpeting and kitchen vinyl, which I love. I don't know how many other buildings would do that for a longstanding resident like myself. Granted, street parking has become more difficult over the years, but that is the case for all residential areas of Hollywood. After all, Beachwood Drive is the home of the historic Hollywood sign, so naturally it gets a lot of traffic! The bottom line is I have been happy living at LeBaron. If I had had problems I would have moved out years ago. S. McEvoy”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“I've lived in the Le Baron Apartments since February 2009 and have had nothing but positive experiences while living there. The apartment is spacious, newly carpeted, has new light fixtures, and a fantastic view. The management is friendly and responsive. And the building just installed a new gas bbq grill down by the pool that was great for summer entertaining. The other tenants I've met have all been friendly and down to earth. Le Baron Apartments makes a great place for Beachwood Canyon living.”
— 2100 N BEACHWOOD DR · Hollywood Hills“i lived at Le Baron for a while and I really didn't like it. It is the most unrelaxed place I have ever resided in, and it feels like more of a prison than a home with Bars on every window and pointless security gates every where. So many petty silly rules, and the feeling that big brother is watching your every move. i get the feeling the management are nazis.”
