It's recently renovated and the mgmt is attentive! My studio Apace received new counters and sinks in the kitchen & bathroom, as well as a new refrigerator and a new electric fireplace! Whenever I had any maintenance issues, it was resolved within 3 days! As a senior at UCLA this Apace was perfect because It's only a five minute walk from campus! They keep this place nice. My rent was extremely reasonable for the area. I highly recommend this Apace for anyone who is looking to live in Westwood!”
